We are now on their future resident waiting list and have only dealt the marketing team so far. Anita Danielson and Sue Rowell were very professional and helpful. We have friends who have lived here for many years, and they are happy with their decision to move to Emerald Heights. They have a new assisted living facility under construction, so that should deal with concerns about that higher level of care when needed.

I have had several family friends live here and they have always mentioned how happy they are. I am a neighbor and appreciate the well manicured exterior and love running into the residents at the local grocery store or when walking. These residents seem so well cared for!

Super lovely staff, they all work overtime to bring fun & excitement to the community of residents. Had the pleasure of observing the operations for a few days while decorating the place for Christmas- overheard so many beautiful (and funny!) interactions between the residents and staff. Truly an awesome place!

Anita was thorough and friendly. She answered all questions. I appreciated seeing apartment layouts. I would have liked to see corwin but understand limitations due to covid. PowerPoint presentation on layout and rooms could be helpful. Appreciated the take home lunch given. Cost is a consideration.

Very disappointing. 2 of 5 is being generous. Better turn this around, and fast. Cant mention specifics as it would violate medical confidentiality but this will be worthy of a seattle times investigation if this place does not improve.

I love visiting my parents here. It's gorgeous, very resort like. And so many great activities. The community is just wonderful. Just be sure to get a unit that gets some sun.
