My grandpa has lived here a few years and there were times we talked about moving. I recently took my issues to management and the way it was handled convinced me to stay. I’m so glad we did, the food is better. My grandpa is getting out of his apartment and doing things. He seems happier and that makes me happier. Great turn out recently.

Its a beautiful senior retirement living in puyallup. The service and food at this place is exquisite. The staffs are friendly and welcoming, plus the residents are happy.

Went to look at this community for my grandma and wow it is beautiful. We enjoyed our tour with their director and the sales manager. We saw a gorgeous model apartment and then had a great lunch. They sent us home with a plate of cookies that we shared with family this past Sunday and they said how delicious they were. We will for sue be moving grandma in there next month as it was the most home like feel that we found in all the 6 places we toured. Thank you Jamie and Patricia for a great environment to move my grandma to.

I just love how friendly everyone is here. The staff are so nice and smiley. The seniors are just a treat. When I visit I enjoy the people most of all.

Wow it has been a few months since I have been back to visit my grandpa and I was surprised by the changes. The building is going through a soft remodel and the decor and furnishings are gorgeous. The staff is always so helpful and know right where to find my grandpa. When we sit in the living area the staff ask if we need anything and even offer refreshments. There is lots of laughter and love not just from the residents but the staff as well. We are still so thankful for all they do to take care of him. Thank you Silver Creek team.

My brothers and I recently had to move our parents in to Silver Creek after our fears came to reality when mom fell in the middle of the night and dad could not hear her, nor did we find her until the next morning. She is ok, but we as a family went into panic mode and started our search. We spent days looking, touring every place in the area. All which had the same sales pitch, but there were things that we didnt feel that were a right fit. We discussed moving our mom home and visiting dad more often but decided not to as we have very busy schedules and mom needs more. So we toured one last place. Silver Creek. When we walked in the doors, there was a live band, tons of patients, and the workers were dancing with some of the patients. We knew it was the right place right away. The Director and marketing manager showed us around, and really heard our concerns about moms safety, there was no sales pitch, rather we laughed and they made us feel at ease. They made it easy to decide and every person we met was so nice. We picked an apt and moved in within a week. I call every day, and I can never reach my parents in their room, I call the main number and each time my parents are attending some kind of function, my parents are happy and that is a huge relief, we couldnt ask for more. The manager has even text us pictures of them having fun. I will point out that there are a few caregivers there that are too good to be true, they have been so kind and patient with mom, we are fortunate to have found this place!

I was scared at the thought of my mom moving into an Assisted living but the management at Silver Creek was fantastic! They were so gentle, kind and caring. They walked us through the whole proccess and answered our questions and made my mom and us feel welcomed and at home. The food is tasty and plentiful. So many activities for my mom she is keeping busy and happy! Everyone is so friendly and smiling it makes you feel good to visit let alone live there . I would thoroughly reccomend them.

The staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming! They make it a priority to connect with the residents, and do such an amazing job to make them happy. The food is spectacular, the activities are fun, and make everyone laugh! Ive met so many new people, who are so awesome to be around!! 10/10 recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Executive Team and Residents at this community on a video shoot project we did for them. It was so fantastic to see how comfortable everyone was with one another and how the staff and residents interacted with one another. From the outside looking in, you could tell that there was a lot of joy and happiness inside their community. I would highly recommend Bonaventure.

After living on their own for 93 years I moved my parents into Silver Creek. The accommodations are wonderful; so cheerful and clean. The food is so good and most of all the staff is over the top great! They respond eagerly to any request I have on behalf of my parents and they are so loving. They were very caring and attentive during my mother's last days and have taken great care of my father since her passing. I am extremely grateful for this community.

Silver Creek is amazing! Very clean food is great! Residents are all so happy to be there. Staff is very welcoming and make it a point to build strong relationships with each individual resident. Their events are always a great success with every resident having so much fun and enjoying the food. also seeing their families enjoying it as well. Knowing that they have so many long term employees and they tend to every residents individual needs with a smile on their faces. Silver creek is like a big family !

My dad was old school very stubborn and refusing to move out of his home but then he met the staff of Silver Creek and just by sharing their love with him he decided to give it a go. He meant with the executive director and the marketing manager they answered his questions honestly without any pressure fanfare no promises made that weren't kept he was happy until he moved on to Glory thank you Silver Creek for making my dad's last year's full of fun events, great friends and a staff that knows how to honor and respect seniors.

I cant speak to the goings on within this place, but as a neighbor that knows every time emergency services are on site (at all hours of the day and night), it makes sleep for our children sometimes impossible. Understandably, the elderly need care without a moments notice, but when fire alarms go off for almost an hour in the middle of the night, even though the fire dept and sheriffs have been on site for almost all of it, COULD YOU TURN OFF THE ALARMS, PLEASE?!?!? Our kids get woken up, and getting them back down is awful. Note that, this happens with more frequency, and our kids are special needs. So frustrating that protocol seems wonky. Weve learned to tune out (mostly) the sounds of sirens, but for Petes sake! If the emergency services are on site, it seems outrageous for alarms to go off for an hour....
