Fieldstone has become a new member of our extended family. Fieldstone was the first place we tried, and looking back, we should’ve just stayed. We left for a more convenient location for a while, but the care wasn’t the same, and after a bad experience there we came right back to Fieldstone. The staff genuinely care and treat our loved one like a person, not just another resident. It is not the cheapest facility, but it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you want a place that actually cares.

To everyone who is looking for a great place of care for their loved ones, I give my testimony that Fieldstone is absolutely the best choice for your loved ones. Here’s why I say this, they are compassionate, patient, kind, genuinely loving people who listens to your needs and concerns. I mean, from the first step through the door, the process and journey is so comforting and relief rewarding. The facility as a whole is very clean and the luscious grounds surrounding the building is breathtaking and calming. The Fieldstone family is who I call them, is a rock of comfort for me and my family, especially for my Mom. She is really well cared for in so many ways that other places won’t do( I’ve seen many that don’t) We can go visit at any time, no restricted time visits like some places. I will also say that the fresh food is very well prepared and it’s good. So I say this in all, Fieldstone is a solid yes for sure. Go see it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. Believe me! William the son of one of the most important person ( My Mom)here at Fieldstone.

To whom it may concern and that’s everyone who is actively involved with their loved ones and are looking for a great place in the Community of Memory Care. I started out with 20 locations to look at after my first encounter. I was very disappointed. Fieldstone was my second location to go take a look I instantly fell in love with the place. They answered all my questions thoroughly they walked me through every step transparently and on my second tour with my brother, which is also a contributing factor to a placement for our mother. If you are reading this review, please take note what is it that you want for your loved ones, comfort, dignity, security, and happiness for them and yourselves! The entire staff at Fieldstone is dedicated and committed and makes you feel secure in that awful situation of making a decision for your loved ones care and for my wife and I who cared for our loved one for a little while in hope she would be happy Fieldstone was and is the best choice we ever made for our loved one! Feels like family ( the good kind) when we go to Fieldstone!! I personally recommend you to go to Fieldstone for your loved one’s care!

Wonderful community! The residents are well cared for by the caregivers. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Housekeeping does great at keeping cleanliness in the common areas, as well as the resident rooms. Office staff is amazing and the food is great! They always have a new variety of activities and the maintenence director is always helpful no matter what is asked of him! Love it here 🙂

Caring, attentive, and responsive staff - from aides, to nursing, to kitchen, to housekeeping, to facilities. A good balance of down time and activities. The layout of the facility is welcoming and easy for residents to navigate. A family member was moved to FS in Puyallup from another organization and has shown a marked improvement. While every facility will have a few kinks to work out, FS in Puyallup has been very responsive and supportive of our family member's care and the extended family/visitors. It's comforting to know that our loved one is looked after by an organization that seems to have good systems and processes in place.

This is a wonderful place. State of the art equipment. Their staff are well trained for people with dementia as well as their Doctors that come in. We transferred my mom from a different place that could no longer meet her needs. My mom fell and fractured her back before she was to go into Fieldstone. They are taking such good care of her. I don’t worry about my mom at all anymore. Their staff keeps us informed on my moms progress. Their place is so bright and airy.
