Our experience with Northcare has been incredible! We can't recommend them enough. The location is quiet and comfortable. The buildings are modern, clean, safe, comfortable and well lit and have good natural light during the day as well. The staff is amazing. The housekeeping staff keep everything so clean and smelling wonderful. The caregivers are responsive, hardworking, and kind. They make the residents delicious home cooked meals. They decorate and celebrate all the holidays and birthdays. It was genuinely a great place to visit and be with our family member. She received the best care and she truly loved the staff. We never once worried about her safety or comfort.
