Fieldstoneis here to make those expectations into reality, with a complement of available services and care. We are a private, peaceful property located in Olympia. Residents appreciate the short distance to local attractions, activities, and events. Olympia Also has sufficient medical resources for seniors who have additional health needs.
Every day is an opportunity filled endless choices for our senior residents to enrich their lives. Residents can pursue favorite activities or pursue new ones. We have regularly scheduled events every month as well clubs and a social dining setting. We designed the dining area at Fieldstone to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Very very friendly helpful staff. Everyone we encountered was a joy to deal with. Facility beautiful well kept inside and out. Lots of activities. I would highly recommend this facility. We have a dearly loved family member here.

I feel so blessed to have found Fieldstone Memory Care as a home and community for my father. The staff at Fieldstone are kind, considerate, and respectful and I truly feel they care for each person uniquely. The facility is very secure, but also provides plenty of space for residents to explore (safely) indoors and out. While it pains me to say this, I honestly believe my dad is happier and more joyous at Fieldstone than he was in our home. He is getting more interaction, participating in activities, and even going on field trips! Fieldstone Memory Care provides families and friends with weekly activity summaries and photos of your family member engaged in such activities. It makes me feel like I am a part of his joy, when I get to see these snapshots from his days. It was a very hard and painful decision to make, to place my sweet dad somewhere other than our home (seeing that you are reading reviews, I am guessing you are working through the same emotions); however, I do not regret this decision and I am certain that my comfort is due in large part to what Fieldstone has provided him...and in seeing how much happier he is.

I will be singing the praises for Fieldstone Memory Care to anyone and everyone I meet. My mother received loving, respectful, devoted, professional care from every member of Fieldstone Memory Care staff from the moment she entered the beautiful, well-equipped homey-feeling facility. From the office staff to the hands-on staff including med-techs and nurses, each and every person treated my mother and every resident with respectful, loving, professional care. In addition, the food is attractive, tasty and healthy, there are multiple appropriate activities throughout the day, and the 24 hour available courtyard is such a bonus. My mother was always clean, beautified, dressed in street clothes (pajamas at night) and HAPPY!! In a different facility she was made to feel 'stupid' and 'in trouble' for not following the rules. At Fieldstone she always felt respected, was never 'in trouble', and always said that she was happy. What a wonderful feeling to have my beloved mother happy when I talked with her, have her looking and feeling good. At Fieldstone my mother was loved and felt loved and was cared for exceptionally. She truly had a happy death--I will miss her terribly, but I am eternally grateful to everyone at Fieldstone Memory Care in Olympia, WA.

My dad has been at Fieldstone Memory Care of Olympia for over a year now. The care that he has received is incredible! The caregivers are amazing and they treat him so well. They tend to all of his physical and emotional needs. The administration staff all know him and make time during their busy days to talk to him and laugh with him. They make him (and us!) feel like a valued part of the Fieldstone family. Having a family member in memory care during COVID has not been without its challenges but they have all tried to make it better for us in every way possible. I highly recommend Fieldstone Memory Care of Olympia!

I have been SO happy with the kindness and respect offered to my mom at Fieldstone Memory Care. I had hoped that she would be able to manage in an independent living situation, but she wasn't thriving (and would escape in the middle of the night; it was terrifying). I worried that I was throwing her under the bus if I gave up and brought her to memory care. I was WRONG. Almost immediately she began to thrive under the constant, warm engagement with staff members. Having a single room has been very important to my mom and it has helped her enormously. She can go outside in the lovely courtyard anytime without people trying to stop her (she was always a rebel), loves the live music and exercises and art activities, and has even been able to make some friends. This is a woman who has always had very few friends. But the "last best straw" (!) that made me write this review is the way the staff helped my mom celebrate her 90th birthday last week. There was a small chocolate cake (her favorite!), balloons, a card, streamers, hat, necklace... everything! One of the staff members, Britney, was unobtrusively present to help with everything, and my brothers and I got to sing for our mom and celebrate FULLY. It almost brought us to tears of joy (and relief). My brothers live in Spain and they hadn't been able to see our mom for two years; I was very anxious about their opinions. They are thrilled, and they agree with me that she is MORE lucid now than she was in her own home two years ago. The staff has made all the difference in the world in my mom's quality of life.

My husband has been at Fieldstone Memory Care facility for almost 2 years and I am very pleased with the care he has been receiving especially during the pandemic and under the leadership of Lisa Erwin. In very difficult times she has been able to employ remarkable and very compassionate caregivers. After much searching around and consulting with staff at various facilities, we decided to place my father here. The staff (nursing to director), was outstanding in helping us make the choice and in getting my father settled.My father received outstanding care during his stay here and everyone involved made us feel welcome and that we had made a good choiceThe facility itself is just beautiful with well decorated common areas and very nice rooms. You can set up the rooms to your liking and have your loved ones belongings brought in to make it feel like home. It also seems like there are enough activities to keep the residents busy during the day. Security is good and keeps the residents safe would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a home for a loved one.

Beautiful facility, nice rooms and a lovely courtyard. Fun activities and outings for residents. Nursing and care staff are hard-working and caring. The admin team is helpful and well organized. Memory care Is inherently complex, but everyone at Fieldstone seems to be striving to do a great job while making adjustments and improvements along the way. Were very happy to have our mother here.

Moving My Great Aunt to The Cooper point location was by far the best decision we made! Wish we could have moved her sooner! We felt so comfortable having here there. I would give them a 10 plus star rating. I will start off with the staff from the Rachael, Amy, Anthony, Nicole, all the care givers, dinning staff and everyone in between, thank you! They care, they are helpful and made an overall experience amazing,Thank you!! lets talk about the food this is something my Great Aunt looked forward to was the food plus of course the dessert afterwards This Facility is phenomenal, very clean, very comfortable with the beauty inside and out. We cant say enough about this place and thankful

Working for Fieldstone Memory Care is so truly incredible and fun! Nothing about Fieldstone is like any other place that I have been. Fieldstone MC cares so much about their staff and their residents that you can not help but feel so important and cared for. When you walk through the front door it smells wonderful and it looks stunning and its so clean! The first time I came to Fieldstone I truly couldnt believe it was a Memory care it was so beautiful!! I have now worked for Fieldstone for a year and could not be happier! Donna works so hard every day to make sure that we run smoothly, efficiently and joyfully! We are truly a family who loves to take care of other families. I could not say enough wonderful things about Fieldstone Memory Care. Doug and Justin are the owners and they are so involved and kind! They learned my name pretty quickly and are always pleasant and warm, these two really care about what kind of home they are creating for the families in our communities. I have never had owners or bosses who were so in tuned with their communities and cared about staff and families like they do. Its truly outstanding. So grateful to be apart of such an incredible and wonderful community. Thank you Fieldstone for showing me what Retirement and a great place to work really looks like!

My mother first moved into the assisted living community at Fieldstone in Olympia. She had lost most of her vision and recently had a fall resulting in a head trauma. She needed a place that could manage her medications, provide meals, opportunities for supervised exercise, and social activities. My sister and I were there almost every day to take care of her personal needs, and the staff, from the director down, were very receptive to our input on what she needed. They included us in her care plan and kept us informed of changes.She liked the care staff, and the availability of a restaurant with good food and a varied menu. The kitchen staff was great about filling requests if possible for little cravings, and were always willing to bring food to her if she wasnt feeling well.When her condition changed and she had to move to memory care, it was wonderful that she only had to go next door and was already familiar with some of her caregivers. Her condition was changing rapidly for the worse, and it was a relief to know that we could trust them to work closely with us during that time. Then came Covid 19. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and supportive all of the Fieldstone staff have been! They have not only treated mom with care, but with affection. I am so grateful that theyve been there when my sister and I couldnt.Now that shes on hospice and we can see her in person under controlled conditions, my opinion of the care she receives has only become higher. Lisa, the director, has worked with us closely to provide the best conditions possible for the family within the Covid 19 requirements, and all of the care staff Ive met are fantastic. I really adore all of them!

This is an awesome place! I love the staff, management, culture, food, and the surrounding community among many other things. I love that they provide exercise and wellness activities. This senior living community is amazing, they provide great meals to the residents as well as the employees in a restaurant style establishment. It is located on the Westside of Olympia around the corner from Capital Medical Center and other medical clinics for easy appointments. Ive met some really awesome carestaff here who are very happy to help and REALLY care for theyre residents. So grab your friends Brook, Dale, and anyone else you can think of and take BON voyage AdVENTURE over to Fieldstone Communities!

We are so thankful to have found Fieldstone Memory Care. It is a lovely facility, so welcoming and upbeat. The staff is caring and considerate and we love that there are daily activities for residents (and family members can join in, too!) The decision to utilize memory care is never easy, but we know our family member is in the right place. Bless you all for everything you do to make this the best possible choice.
