We have found HP Senior Living to be phenomenal! The staff are caring, friendly, and extremely helpful, the food is wonderful, the daily activities are fun and entertaning, and they also have excellent special activities! My husband and I recently went to Harbour Pointe as we are seeking a facility for my dad (and mom). Everyone we met here was so friendly! The dining staff was setting up for a Mother's Day tea and I was delighted to see all the moms and daughters dressed up. This living center has some great areas, including a large library/movie room that contains a large amount of both. The rooms have been refurbished and appear neat and modern. The young man who showed us around the building was new, but very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the facility and different levels of pricing. I have no hesitation in my parents living here when they are ready.

My wife and I toured Harbor Pointe Senior Living today and we came away impressed with the warmth of the staff, the good condition of the facilities and the prime location, close to the Mukilteo Library and the surrounding upscale residential community. We were there to evaluate the facility for my In-Laws, as they are reaching the stage where they can no longer stay in their home. We feel that the neighborhood is very safe and the care they would receive would be exemplary, based on our assessment of the staff, facilities, et cetera. We were especially impressed with the young man who gave us the tour as he was especially helpful and knowledgeable.

We moved my mom in here a few months ago and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly kind and the premises are pristine. You will not be disappointed if you chose this for yourself or a family member. By the way the food??? Delicious! They plan several special meals throughout the year that they pull out all the stops on. Daily dining is fabulous too!

When our beloved needed additional care at Harbour Pointe Senior Living, everyone “ and we do mean everyone “ was so compassionate and professional as they helped us make the transition quickly. The care givers, maintenance, housekeeping, food services, activities, and administrative personnel are kind and patient, responsive and attentive. We are very thankful for HP! January 2025. I can no longer recommend Harbour Pointe Senior Living because of the poor treatment of our beloved in the last months of her life.

My Mom lived at Harbour Pointe for over four years. Most of that time she lived in an apartment mostly caring for herself. She made lots of friends and participated in lots of activities. About a year ago, dementia started to creep in and she needed to be helped more with her daily living. Last summer, we needed to move her to Harbour Pointe's Memory Care section since she needed way more help for her care. After being in Hospice Care for a couple of months, Mom passed away a couple of weeks ago at the age of 95. My entire family can't thank ALL of the staff at Harbour Pointe enough for the kind and considerate care they gave our family and Mom for her final years. The Facility Director, Memory Care Director, Business Director, Food Service Director, Resident Care Director, Facility Maintenance Director and everyone else that came in contact with her to help and care for her did so with love and professionalism. My family will never forget all of you!

One of the best! I currently have two clients at HPSL. Of the three senior living residence homes our family has used in the Puget Sound area, Harbour Pointe provides the best personal care and residential facilities we have experienced. I have seen a negative review of management at HPSL. Please be at ease. A new team is in charge, and we are very impressed. Their staff treats every resident as a family member. Leadership sets a high expectation for their staff. Together they help residents create possibilities for a rich and active living environment, from their many activities to their great dining experience. They really care about their charges. They know their names and their needs. They show they care. They keep their agreements. They help our loved ones live happier, healthier, and more active lives.

We have been independent residents for two years. About six months ago I was preparing to look for a new place to live, and would not have given a two-star rating. The food was rarely palatable or satisfying, the staff left too much to be desired, and management came across as cheap. New management was brought in to turn things around and I am impressed with their success. Patrick has changed the atmosphere, and most importantly brought in a REAL chef. Race Jones has changed the dining experience by orders of magnitude. I now look forward to going to the meals, though the basic menu has not been significantly changed, just the quality. Many positive staff and facility improvements have been initiated, especially in wait staff. New people are moving in, and that is good. Great job Patrick Mazzuca.

We have lived at Harbour Pointe Senior Living about 3 months. In that short time I have seen several major improvements, but the most important to me is the improvement in the food service. The Chef has revised the menu and has made improvements in the appearance of the dining. The food preparation staff is being challenged to provide more consistent and appealing dishes to the residents. The dining room staff is excellent.

Our recent visit to your community was very refreshing. It has well kept outdoor spaces and the care of the residents was very impressive. Everyone seemed happy and tidy. Beauty salon and bright window lit dining areas make this a real plus. Staff is very friendly and your managers have lots of good incites to safety.

We were recently at your facility and I must say, it is a beautiful place that is warm and inviting. The outdoor water feature with places to sit is a nice touch. The interior is gorgeous, making you feel like you are in a luxurious hotel resort. The dining room was exceptionally nice. We were made to feel welcome by your staff at the front desk. We have visited other Assisted Living sites, and none of them compare to what you have to offer.

We moved my in-laws to HPSL in the summer of 2020. We have had many issues getting medication given correctly, delayed response to call buttons, and the quality of food is an ongoing issue. My MIL had a stroke that necessitated her move to HPSL and she is completely dependent on her caregivers. When she is unable to get a response to her call-button, she feels helpless and vulnerable. A change in executive director in the Fall of 2021 has led to even worse problems. The ED is very slow to respond to my calls or emails and he is often away from the facility that he is meant to be managing. I have had many meetings, calls and emails trying to notify the management about the care issues that my MIL is having, but we have yet to see improved care outcomes. I am often at the facility and as check in at the front desk, I see signs welcoming the newest residents to Harbour Pointe. I wonder why HPSL keeps accepting new residents despite telling me that they are having staffing issues. When I have tried contacting Harbour Pointe Seniors Living's parent company, Integral Senior Living, I can not get a call back. Please be cautious about moving your loved ones to this facility!

Our experience with Harbour Pointe has been nothing short of stellar! The facility, of course, is top notch (I wish I could move in here!!!), the food is excellent (and so beautifully presented!) and the atmosphere is wonderful (I have yet to see an unhappy, unsmiling face). I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We have been guided and assisted through every step in this life transition, from the top (Linda is our GUARDIAN ANGEL!), through the counseling and medical staff, right on through the dining room wait-staff and the housekeeping and maintenance team. All of my parent's needs have been caringly and kindly met and my brother's and my concerns have been promptly and professionally addressed. I am extremely proud to be able to give Harbour Pointe an unqualified HIGH five star rating.
