When our beloved needed additional care at Harbour Pointe Senior Living, everyone – and we do mean everyone – was so compassionate and professional as they helped us make the transition quickly. The care givers, maintenance, housekeeping, food services, activities, and administrative personnel are kind and patient, responsive and attentive. We are very thankful for HP!

We moved my in-laws to HPSL in the summer of 2020. We have had many issues getting medication given correctly, delayed response to call buttons, and the quality of food is an ongoing issue. My MIL had a stroke that necessitated her move to HPSL and she is completely dependent on her caregivers. When she is unable to get a response to her call-button, she feels helpless and vulnerable. A change in executive director in the Fall of 2021 has led to even worse problems. The ED is very slow to respond to my calls or emails and he is often away from the facility that he is meant to be managing. I have had many meetings, calls and emails trying to notify the management about the care issues that my MIL is having, but we have yet to see improved care outcomes. I am often at the facility and as check in at the front desk, I see signs welcoming the newest residents to Harbour Pointe. I wonder why HPSL keeps accepting new residents despite telling me that they are having staffing issues. When I have tried contacting Harbour Pointe Seniors Living's parent company, Integral Senior Living, I can not get a call back. Please be cautious about moving your loved ones to this facility!

We were recently at your facility and I must say, it is a beautiful place that is warm and inviting. The outdoor water feature with places to sit is a nice touch. The interior is gorgeous, making you feel like you are in a luxurious hotel resort. The dining room was exceptionally nice. We were made to feel welcome by your staff at the front desk. We have visited other Assisted Living sites, and none of them compare to what you have to offer.

I love this senior living home... the staff is very caring and welcoming. My husband works as a director here, and it is great to see how effective and efficient they are able to treat their guests. They treat their residents as not just patients but like family members.

Our recent visit to your community was very refreshing. It has well kept outdoor spaces and the care of the residents was very impressive. Everyone seemed happy and tidy. Beauty salon and bright window lit dining areas make this a real plus. Staff is very friendly and your managers have lots of good incites to safety.

Harbour Pointe Senior Living has been a blessing for our family. My sweet Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers last year. The last thing she wanted to do was to move from her beautiful home community in Arizona. Within a few months she was telling friends and family how much she loved her new place. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, professional compassionate. 2020 was a difficult year for our family and many people around the globe. Harbour Pointe was a shining light for my precious Mother. It gave our entire family a feeling of peace appreciation. My best childhood friends mother moved in also. Its truly been a blessing.

Our experience with Harbour Pointe has been nothing short of stellar! The facility, of course, is top notch (I wish I could move in here!!!), the food is excellent (and so beautifully presented!) and the atmosphere is wonderful (I have yet to see an unhappy, unsmiling face). I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We have been guided and assisted through every step in this life transition, from the top (Linda is our GUARDIAN ANGEL!), through the counseling and medical staff, right on through the dining room wait-staff and the housekeeping and maintenance team. All of my parent's needs have been caringly and kindly met and my brother's and my concerns have been promptly and professionally addressed. I am extremely proud to be able to give Harbour Pointe an unqualified HIGH five star rating.
