Really enjoyed meeting with Laura and the staff here. Mom needed a place to retire and Avamere has all the amenities to make her stay as comfortable as can be. Wonderfully appointed rooms, fantastic common areas - views to the east and west. Care is definitely taken for the residents. Saw MANY smiling faces and happy residents.

My mother has lived at Avamere for about a year. She often tells me how happy she is living here. The residence is conveniently located. The staff is kind, respectful and helpful. They are a ray of sunshine entering her apartment every day. They are friendly, supportive, and responsive to the needs of residents. The menu offers a variety of tasty choices served in an attractive dining room. A variety of daily activities are available to residents.

Our experience with Avamere at Moses Lake has been simply outstanding! Despite living out of state, we have been able to coordinate everything over the phone. The staff has gone above and beyond to personally ensure a smooth transition for our parents into their new home. I have lived at Avamere almost 4 years.I have met wonderful friends and have enjoyed spending time with them.I have felt safe here during these difficult pandemic times.The food here is very good with a wide selection.to choose from.I have received great help with my medications and being able to go to Doctor appointments.I think it is an excellent facility.

I am very happy with Avamere here in Moses Lake, I just love how sweet and helpful all the ladies are here, I need help there is someone always here to help, the dinning room is wonderful and pleasent to be in. The beauty of Avarmere starts with the exterior and interior of the building right onto the spectacular staff! It is upbeat, so helpful, loving and caring. Lots of fun activities by a terrific activities director. The food is very good too. I highly recommend Avarmere in Moses Lake, Wa.

The housekeeping could be better throughout the whole community and my loved ones room. Everything else is great the staff are very attentive with my loved ones care needs. I feel that this place is safe and it gives the family a peace of mind. I would recommend the Brookdale Moses Lake to friends and family. Their meals are wonderful they have great taste to them and a wide selection.

This was a difficult situation, and decision for us. We couldn't be happier with them. She is doing so much better than we could have ever hoped for. They have been very attentive and proactive. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a five, they are better than we could have ever expected.

Their staff is very friendly. They are very responsive, and attentive. They have a lot of activities. The food is good, she says they give her too much. There are a few things that need to be done that haven't yet, little maintenance type things. They seem to be on top of things. We liked the independent living, it's very cozy, and I like the location.
