My mother has lived there for 3years. They do not provide what they advertise. Today they called them at seven am and told them the kitchen was closed due to illness in the kitchen staff. This is not acceptable, there are people in there who depend on the 2 meals a day they pay for. Some people can not go to the store or cook for themselves. Two nights ago there dining room was closed when they showed up for dinner and were handed there meal and told to take it to there rooms! Also my mom has been waiting a month for a light bulb it is to high unless you have a ladder. This place needs some new management.

I have lived here at Windsor Square for almost 6 years and I’ve enjoyed myself immensely! There are plenty of activities for those who want to participate. We are provided bus service for shopping trips, doctor appointments, and scenic drives. Breakfast and dinner meals are usually good! Even during the Covid-19 shutdown, meals were brought to us in our apartments! They even brought us happy hour treats! Thank you, Windsor Square!!

Mom moved into Windsor Square in the beginning of the year. The Windsor Square management made it easy, responding to Mom's needs promptly. Mom feels welcome and secure. The deli cafe by the main entrance is a wonderful place to meet friends and have a cup of coffee or lunch. Our family feels very good about having Mom live in a safe and healthy environment.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Units are very well appointed and laid out for those with mobility challenges. Central courtyard and grounds make all units feel like home. Food excellent.

I walked thru with manager some time ago, but was unable to follow thru with a positive move plan. as my current lease was about to expire, I had an unfortunate expierence to end up with a broken hip and had to undergo a major hip replacement with a whole ball and joint complete. I am again getting so I am able to walk without a walker independantly, drive my car, and etc.. I plan to return to the apts. for a plan to make application for spring rental , now that my lease up in march. the rate I give it is perfectly a 5 star.....
