I've lived here for two and a half years. In those two and a half years you have raised by rent four times. The main reason I moved here was because of the low rent. You've now forced my hand to find a new place to live. I cannot afford this rent much longer. Of course l'll notify you when I find a place. It's just a matter of money.

Mom and I toured the place and found the apartment my mom wants. Rukiya is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the residents. We appreciate all she has done for us! She is a real asset to Vintage.

I am new to this Senior Living. Moved in May 2024. This place is horrible! The amenities have not been kept up, my apartment was not cleaned. It has a terrible smell in the hallways because of the dirty carpets. The elevators get stuck a lot! People get stuck in them. I had no choice but to move in. The Rent here is $1493. They will raise it after the 6 months you rent. The water in my apartment is slimy and stings my eyes when taking a shower. I have to buy water to drink. The apartment I seen on the website says their is a bath tub and that is not true in my aptment. Do not recommend this to anyone! When I tell management they tell me I am not speaking the truth, 🙁

My keyfob was not working for the main door. I told one of the staff personnel and they took care of it, As soon as they had the opportunity to do so. The fob worked on some of the other doors so it was not a major issue At the moment to me.

Maintenance has improved greatly since Adam and Kyler have been here. There could be improvements in housekeeping. The only other complaints I have are to do with the residents ( which I know you can't do anything about) lol!!!

I have a n apartment at The Vintage At Lakewood. I have nothing but good things to say about their management team and maintenance staff. I turned in a work order to the office for maintenance on a chirping fire alarm battery and a light bulb that had burned out that day and within 5 minutes I had a competent and friendly maintenance man at my door with a ladder and supplies to address the issues. I feel that management and staff have gone above and beyond to make this feel like my home. Thank you!

I feel that the livingroom is too small for my 2 bedroom apartment. I mostly like the management here but feel that the corporate head officers are running this property as a loss for taxes….nothing is kept in repair such as the elevators and doors plus door locks, nor cleaned in a timely manner such as the hallway carpeting which is constantly dirty and with doggie poop not picked up by the owner. The odor is noticably foul, too. I would suggest they stop raising the rent and instead use that energy to protect their residents from others who are violating their leases (and rights).They have, after all many fine individuals as residents in this building.

I stopped by for a tour and these apartments are really nice. Washer and dryer in the unit. They are small but with high ceilings so looks bigger. The young gal that showed me an apartment was amazing. Katrina I think? I'm not ready yet to move, but when I am I will definitely consider. Rent is high for senior living but it's high everywhere

All of these evil reviews sound like a lot of people who have their own issues and seem to have found an opportunity to slam someone for a personal beef I think I will be there it looks like a great place to live but if you don't like me there then you can mind your own business yall don't know me I'm OK if you leave me alone

My name is Tim Smith. I live at The Vintage at Lakewood. I have been here going on 2 years. For a long time I was very frustrated and not happy with the old management teams, plural teams. In the past if I had a problem it would almost always fall on deaf ears!! In comparison to the past , I want to compliment the new management team ,, Floyd , Cassi , and Jeff , for being right away responsive to any issues as best as they can!!! It is totally refreshing and that makes it totally nice to come home to my apartment. I sincerely hope that Floyd. Cassi and Jeff stay on board for a long time,,they are very much appreciated!!!! A TOTAL HIGH 5 TO THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Went on a tour of the building last week in search of a place for a family member. We were impressed with the amount of recreation areas they provide and how clean the facility was. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

I have been living here for the past 7 years and have enjoyed all my time here. The office personnel is always ready to see to our needs. We have a very secure communication system which keeps us safe. The folks here are very kind and also their pets are sooo cute and friendly. You must be certain to check us out and have a tour with our staff. Our Manager Floyd, and Assistant Audrey are always ready to welcome our guests.

I wrote a previous review that was not very positive and I regret some of it as I wrote it on a very bad day with this Covid19 shutdown and kind of just couldnt take one more negative report, And if I could delete the review I would but it doesnt appear anyone reads these much anyway. I usually am very active and busy and I have been unable to participate in my usual activities now for 2 and half months, but that was very selfish of me as no one else has been able to either. Though some are not so negatively impacted by having to stay in and do very little as I am I think. Having worked as an RN for almost 40 years I am used to being active and just staying in has been extremely difficult. Now the weather is getting nicer and I and my dog can get out and walk I am feeling much better. The manager here and the staff are doing their very best under very difficult circumstances and this is of no fault of theirs or anyone else. I am blessed to be able to live here and while I do hope I can get an apartment soon away from the noise of traffic on 172nd, I am comfortable and so blessed to be healthy during these difficult times. Please ignore my negative review of earlier, there is nothing perfect in life, this is not heaven, but considering how many are really struggling and facing losing so much I have no reason or desire to comp

Though Ive only lived her a few months I have to say I love it here. The amenities and the staff are great. Friendly, professional, helpful, and compassionate. My grandkids especially like the media room and the shuffle board in the billiard room. The mini mart is wonderful. Ive met some very nice people. Im very happy to be a part of the community.

I visited Vintage at Lakewood last week while helping my grandmother look for her new home. We were Instantly blown away by the amazing amenities, huge floor plans and stellar views. The staff was so knowledgeable and took their time with us. We did not feel rushed or like they were trying to sell us. They honestly wanted to help us find her the perfect home. Needless to say, my grandmother will be moving in very soon. Thank you again..

Though I only was there a few months, it really was an amazing place. Really beautiful. I loved the entire place; the grounds, the trails, the access to great shopping, the views, all made for a great sense of high end living at a very reasonable cost. The amenities at the Lakewood Vintage are really first class. The gym, billiards room, conference rooms, theater, gathering rooms; all beautifully set up with amazing decor. My two bedroom apartment was just the right size after selling my home and needing to downsize. Very modern and new, I just loved it. The view of the mountains from my unit was spectacular! Very quiet. Never heard a sound from my neighbors. I dont want to close without mentioning the awesome staff! I will miss them all! They are the nicest, most helpful bunch you could ever have the opportunity to work with from start to finish! Very professional but very caring and hard working! You are in good hands with this crew! I do hope to come back at some point in the future! If you are looking for a place for yourself or someone you know, you wont regret moving here. It truly is a great place to live!!
