I just want to give 5 stars to the staff and caregivers at Pacifica Senior Living in Lynwood. My mom was there for 3 and a 1/2 years, and she passed away a few weeks ago. I was so blessed by the tenderness and kindness the caregivers and staff all showed her during during her very difficult last week of life. They have a difficult job, but they treated her with so much respect and kindness. THANK YOU ALL...J. Aufai

The work environment is a really great place, I enjoy the residents and the staff is what really ties everything together. I was a little scared because I was so comfortable with my retail job but coming into here has been really helpful! I love this place and everyone here!!

I moved my mother into Memory Care at Pacifica in October 2021. I am so glad she is there. The concept of having residents in cottages as opposed to one large building is wonderful. She truly is at home. The staff from the Executive Director, to the nurses, to the ones that do the day to day care, i have never seen a more dedicated, professional, and friendly group. My mother is given the best of care. I sleep soundly at night knowing that she is safe, happy, and well cared for 24/7.

I adore Pacifica Senior Living in Lynnwood. Ive been visiting there every month for the last 18 months providing the residents with a hands-on painting activity. The staff is so very supportive and attentive. They often sit with the residents as if they were their own family and give them words of encouragement as we paint portraits of local shelter pets needing homes. You can absolutely feel the love that radiates out from staff to client and back again. The environment shows one big happy family, thriving and enjoying their days together. Thank you Pacifica for all you do for your family of residents.

This community has a wonderful team with a family feel, many of the caregivers have been there for 15 plus years. The staffing ratios are perfect with each cottage only having 10 rooms, and always with one caregiver, a floating med tech and sometimes another floating CNA as well. The grounds are green with overflowing gardens and walking paths. I love the team and the residents really seem to enjoy living there.

This community is absolutely fantastic! I dont get to visit as often as Id like given a busy schedule in Snohomish, but every single time I visit Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly, familiar faces. Theres a lot of longevity here; some of the remarkable care providers have been working at this community for 16+ years, and the receptionist has been here for over 20! Bonny and her team do a fabulous job at making people feel welcomed and like part of the family. Thanks for always making me feel at home!

I couldnt be more pleased with the care and attention my mother received from the entire staff of Pacifica Lynnwood over the six years she lived there. Bonnie, Marilyn, Ruby, and everyone else consistently provided compassion and support in a responsible and professional manner. I highly recommend Pacifica Lynnwood to any family looking for a smaller assisted living facility that consistently provides excellent care and attention to all residents, regardless of their situation.

As a Pacifica employee who has a parent with dementia living in a different state, I take this whole business very, VERY seriously; ( if I dont, karma will even the score) so Im thrilled on the daily to SEE with my own eyes the first-class care we provide to our residents. I love the folks who live here. I can name every single one of our residents, not to mention their families, extended families, and pets! Our cottage-style sanctuary allows for highly-personalized and customized care with a nice tight ratio of care staff to resident on a 24-hour a day basis. Affordable, 5-star care for yourself or a loved one awaits... Welcome Home!

Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood is a terrific community. They have a lot of heart for the people they serve and many have been there for years. The newly remodeled cottages are beautiful and the best they have looked since they were built.

We continue to be impressed with the care that our mother is receiving at Pacifica in Lynnwood. We observe the staff being cheerful, respectful and caring with our mom. She is encouraged to attend the activities that are available. We really like the cottage set up. Mom has memory issues and would be totally lost in a larger facility. Couldnt ask for a better place for our beloved mother.

My dad has been at Brookdale Lynnwood for 6 months. Very clean, food is great and very good care by the Caregivers. The Caregivers are very pleasant to talk to. The Staff is wonderful and very helpful. They take pride in taking care of loved ones. I would recommend Brookdale Lynnwood(now Pacifica) to anyone. Very satisfied. They call you immediately no matter what time of day or night if something is wrong.
