Abundant Life is a welcoming and pleasant place. Fiona, Yang and the staff treat residents with compassion, tenderness and dignity. They made our mom feel like family. Fiona was meticulous in ensuring her medical and physical needs were met daily. They provide activities and guest performers to keep residents engaged. They are consummate caregivers and have genuine concern for the well-being of their residents.

The quality of care is exceptional in all areas. My sister was a resident with them for over 10 years. Fiona and Yang are wonderful with their residents care and their families questions or concerns. I live over 2 hrs away and often could not make the commute to come see my sister. My sister required a lot of care and as she got older her care increased too and Fiona and Yang were always there for her needs day or night. They were like her family as well as ours. We still feel that way. We do consider them family and love them as well.

My mother in law living in this care home more than 5 years, she had really serious illness twice past few years, she recovered in quite short time because of good care from here. Dear Fiona and your husband, care staff, thank you ALL very much for take care my mother in law those years, my husband and me are really appreciated your work for her.

Dad was 92 years old when he suffered from dementia, paranoia and a gradual loss of vision due to his glaucoma. We were having a very difficult time caring for him. He was refusing to take his medications as well as his daily meals. As a result he became dehydrated and ended up in the hospital. Fortunately for us a friend recommended the Abundant Life Lynnwood Adult family home. Fiona, Yang and their staff treated him with utmost respect, compassion and care; as if he was a member of their family. Coordinating with Dad's primary care physician, Fiona worked diligently and patiently to convince dad to resume his medication regimen. They gave him a lot of individual attention and care which he would otherwise not have received from a large facility. Dad passed away a few months after his 94th birth day. He was very much at peace toward the end. We are forever grateful for the loving care he received at the Abundant Life. With a score of 1-5; 5 being the best, Abundant Life absolutely deserves a 10

I have nothing but good things to say about Abundant Life. We were so lucky to have found this adult family home for my dear mother. The home is tidy, clean and attractive. The food was catered to her special dietary needs. Mom was bathed and dressed presentably at all times. She received medical care from the visiting doctor, and even had regular hair styling, which was important to her. My mom was in the best hands possible -- so well cared for by the loving family who tended to her every need. We all grew to love each other and still consider each other friends after my mother passed away. It is a jewel of a place.

My mother, who passed away recently at age 102, was a resident at the Abundant Life Lynnwood Adult Family Home for nearly six years. We looked at a number of homes in the area and this by far is the most lovely and spacious facility we had seen, both interior and exterior. Its located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. And the rates compare favorably with others in the area. My mother was paralyzed on one side and wheelchair bounded, but had all her mental faculty. This is the type of resident that is most likely difficult to care for because they tend to complain more, gets more easily agitated, and more demanding. Fiona and her dedicated staff took wonderful care of mother. They provided compassionate care and are sensitive to individual needs of each resident. The hygiene of the place is impeccable. They managed to keep mother calm and peaceful for the most part, and her health stable.They really provided beyond basic care. For the whole time there, my mother never had one bedsore. If someone is looking for an adult family home in the Lynnwood area, I highly recommend this facility. Its a 5-star place with reasonable cost. Janice Eng

Fiona and family have become our family. That is how much we appreciate the care given to our mother. Abundant Life Adult Home has treated our mother with the utmost care and loving. It truly is a home and the treatment is as good as we could provide ourselves. Fiona and family really care about our mother and the other residents that live in Abundant Life. Mother has been there 5 years now and we wouldnt know what to do without Fiona, her husband and her mother. I write this out of true belief that Abundant Life is more then just an Adult care facility. It is a Home.

My mother in law Lenore stayed at Abundant Life Lynnwood for three years. She very much enjoyed her time there. She had a comfortable room of her own from which she could see the birds at the feeders outside of her window. This was a great source of enjoyment for her. She had great food, excellent care and was delighted to be so well cared for at this well-staffed adult family home. Every one of Lenores needs were taken care of including her medications, hygiene, and having others to socialize with. Lenores family members always felt welcome when we visited. At 102 years of age, my mother-in-law was in need of care none of us could provide. We were fearful of the prospect of placing her in a home but a friend whos own mother had been a resident highly recommended Abundant Life. We knew it felt right as soon as we walked in and met Fiona. The home is lovely, comfortable and very pleasant. It is clear to us that the owners and staff are caring, experienced and extremely competent. The moment our family had dreaded for months turned out to be wonderful for all of us. We moved Mom into a bright corner room, along with some of her own familiar things. She adjusted amazingly quickly, aided by the family environment, friendly atmosphere and, of course, the food. Over time weve seen meals being prepared or served and theyre fresh and individualized for special diets and modified depending on residents eating abilities. Fiona and Yang are always on top of the meds, the doctors recommendations, appointments, health changes, etc. Theyre more than just attentive—theyre very dedicated, respectful and loving. We got calls or texts when there was a concern or whenever a change was noted. We looked forward to the texts with cute pictures of Mom by the tree at Christmas or in a funny hat at Halloween. And, birthdays always bring a special level of excitement. Prior to arrival at Abundant Care, Mom had a significant wound that neither the previous home (nor the doctors) had been successful in treating. Yang went beyond what was prescribed, devoting time to careful cleaning of the wound and changing the dressings three times a day for several months until it was healed. I now know from experience with friends in different homes that Fiona and Yangs diligence is exemplary! For us, every visit was a pleasure and we were welcomed warmly whenever we arrived and felt as though we were family while we were there. On Christmas eve, three days shy of 105, Mom passed on and that process, too, was handled with grace and generosity. Our family will be forever grateful for the wonderful care our special lady got in the three years she lived there. Fiona and Yang, thank you again.

My dad lived here for almost 4 years. I can not begin to explain how amazing this place has been during this time. They immediately treated him a respected and loved family member. As his daughter, I was included in that. They planned birthday celebrations and holiday events. Here was music activity every week. Even with my dads dementia and inability to communicate his needs, they kept him involved in every day life occurrences. When I visited I could sit and be with him as his daughter. It was such a releif to not be worried about him when I was not there. Abundant Life Lynnwood AFH is a wonderful place for your family member
