I lived here for 3 years. It was OK. My 1 bedroom apt here was a reasonable size. The overall experience was acceptable until my last 3 months at Westgate. During my last 3 months, a very noisy new neighbor made sleeping impossible. In desperation I had to move out. I gave a 3 star rating because most of my time here was acceptable/OK, but the last 3 months was unbearable.

I am a resident. The apartments are a good size for one to two people. The staff is kind and friendly. Requests for repairs are answered in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with my life here.

Stop by to visit and help a friend and Terrace looks pretty nice. Big roomy and spacious dining area and entertainment room was a nice informative bulletin board. Met some nice staff members such as Sam. She was very kind and took the time to chat and introduce herself. 3 floors with a cute little librarian small areas where you can sitting raster look out the windows. Great facility for our elders in the community.

I lived there from 2010 until 2014. Management was great and the staff were okay. It seems now that everything is going downhill with unresponsive management and just a plain don't give a rats behind attitude. I feel sorry for anyone who wants to live there. All of them, in my opinion, should be fired starting with a person called Jamie. She doesn't return calls and doesn't send out important information required by law and should be let go immediately. I would never even think about living there again. They need to be responsive to the lower income tenants as much as people with money. We're not scum as they think we are. We deserve to be treated with respect, Jamie!!!
