I moved into Revel Lacy a year and a half ago from Houston, TX in a similar set up place. I thank the Lord every day for this beautiful place and wonderful everything! Yes, it was a lot of hard work to pack up and move, but it sure was worth it! I love everything about here. Thank you to all the wonderful employees .... you are all amazing in all you do!

Revel is a beautiful community. The staff is kind and supportive to their residents. They have fun events to keep residents engaged and thriving. I love connecting with Tera, the sales director. She truly cares about her community. Trivia once a month is always a blast.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love Revel Lacey! Everyone is so friendly. The food is great with lots of options with vegetarian options too. Activities are geared to all from trips in the van, poker club, weekly Happy Hour, game nights, movies, veterans club, casino trips, special events, crafts and painting, and even our very own Red Hat Society - the Ravishing Radiant Red Hatters...and lots more!

A great independent living community run with a great manager and activities director. I've visited many times and there are always things going on and residents out and about, participating in what is going on. Food is amazing, (I've gotten to eat there several times), and the building is clean, and staff always courteous and helpful. Residents are really active and engaged. You also have a choice to bring in home healthcare services, like ours, into your apartments so that when care needs increase, you can receive private care in the comfort and privacty of your own apartment.

As a resident at Revel Lacey, I have experienced a five star community which is spirited, vibrant, & a welcoming place. Overall, the residents & staff are caring & friendly. The directors & head chef at Revel Lacey are approachable & compassionate. Plus, the directors work effectively and efficiently towards making the best positive atmosphere for the residents. This facility is clean & the apartments have been maintained well & are modern with a full kitchen plus washer & dryer in each unit, including a studio. There are two restaurant options for residents. The food is very good & the menu options are rotating on a regular basis with daily specials for each meal. The residents are able to participate & voice suggestions regarding menu options. The meals for dining are valued by the utilization of a point system each month; which is unique & flexible for each resident. The transportation options available include Lyft rides & the Revel van. The activities are plentiful & engaging.

Two things caught my attention when I walked in the door: brightness and high ceilings. It was followed up by attentive, friendly residents and staff who went out of their way to welcome me on that initial visit even though I didn't have an appointment. I was also impressed by the amenities. Revel Lacey feels more like a little town where folks still greet one another in passing and are incredibly helpful. The meals are delicious and are served restaurant-style by staff with incredible memories and friendly smiles. Best of all Revel Lacey provides many activities to help keep our brains alert and if we forget names, no worries...we're pretty much all in the same boat.

My husband and I have been living at Revel Issaquah, a senior living community, for some time now, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The staff there go above and beyond to care for their residents. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care make it a special place to live. Anytime we’ve needed help, they’ve done their absolute best to meet our needs”and they’ve always come through. Recently, my husband and I had to travel to another city, Lacey, for our dog’s surgery, so we stayed at Revel Lacey. What was supposed to be an overnight turned into an extended stay when a massive storm hit our home in Issaquah. The storm caused a power outage and blocked the roads, leaving us stranded in Lacey unexpectedly. When I explained our situation to the concierge (Cheryl Priher) at Revel Lacey, I was invited to speak with Jennifer Maurer, the Executive Director. Her response was nothing short of amazing. She not only ensured we could stay longer, but she also went above and beyond by moving us into their Staycation Suite”a space with a full kitchen and washer/dryer”to make us more comfortable during this unexpected turn of events. This kind of care and support is what makes Revel communities truly exceptional. Whether at Issaquah or Lacey, the staff treat you like family and go out of their way to ensure you feel safe, cared for, and valued. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer Maurer and Dan Angellar the Executive Directors, and the entire Revel team in both Issaquah and Lacey for their incredible generosity and compassion. A special shoutout as well for three very special women at Revel Issaquah: Alecia Truex, Business Manager; Colleen James, Sales Director; and Evelyn Serrano, Lead Concierge, for their outstanding care and support!

I just took my Mom on a tour of the Revel at Lacey, and it was great. From the get go the communication and customer service we encountered was top notch. We flew in late from out of state and Garret the Sales Director stayed a little after his regular work day to give us the tour which I really appreciated. The building and facilities are ultra modern, and very spacious. We interacted with several residence and they gave good reviews and looked very active. The Resident rooms are very modern with many different floor plans to choose from. We also got to eat dinner, and they have a very nice menu with salmon, halibut, filet mignon, along with the staples like burgers, and sandwiches. Food service and staff very nice. Then to top it off Garret offered us a free nights stay in their fully furnished apartment, a service they call the "Staycation." Basically you get to stay one night to experience what it is like to live there and you can partake in the activities and meet people in the community. For us coming from out of state this was so handy because it saved us a hotel stay! If you are looking for ultra modern independent senior living in Olympia be sure to put The Revel on your list of places to see!

While no senior active living facility is perfect, this one is making an effort. Very clean inside and outside. Weekly Housekeeping is excellent. A separate restaurant Ovation has over site with corporate personnel making an effort to provide the type of meals residents want. Trips provided to events and shopping. Love it here.

This is one great senior living complex. Fantastic amenities, friendly people who enjoy interacting with the residents. They offer a real restaurant on the first floor, not just a cafeteria, and there are even guest suites to accommodate visiting families. Highly recommended.

I love living here except for one huge complaintthe food. The menu is limited, which Is understandable, but also not very appealing. The food is over cooked & served either luke warm or cold. They skimp on things like pasta sauce & garlic bread. Often run out of food or butter, syrup etc. Food is reason for 3 stars & if rating was based on food alone would give it 1 star.

I've been to Revel Lacey several times for events. From the first time, I was very impressed with the community and its team members, Carrie and Peter. The apartment homes are spacious, lovely and modern. I've also had the opportunity to meet many other future residents and they have all been fantastic as well. The staff there have been very helpful and informative. I believe Revel Lacey would be a great place to call home.

Just okay at this point, the quality has slipped a lot from when Revel first opened. Big turnover of staff, low morale and other problems. I feel like its the management putting their profit first and the residents second. For the price this is not really that great of a value. Look around before going here.

I had received an invitation to tour Revel next Wednesday. Instead, I showed up yesterday. I was in a MVA that scrambled my remaining brain cells and have a tendency to be a week early or late at times. Peter, the very fabulous sales manager had me and my friend all to himself, (or is it the other way around) all day. I had a hoot! I met every Tom, Dick and Harry, every June, Denise and Sherry I encountered. The executive chef, Frank, took some time with me and we will be sharing war stories of the restaurant business in the future. Every one I met, be it staff or occupants, were the happiest people I have seen in forever. Frank, is there something in the Kool-Aide? Or is just what the folks who live there reiterated over and over, that there was no place like this place any place other then here? I am betting on the latter.. After enjoying a lovely fruit and cheese plate in the bar (yup, a real adult bar bar), we set out to view various floor plans, singing show tunes, telling humorous anecdotes, and enjoying ourselves immensely. The halls have lovely nature photographs to use for landmarks, should one get way too happy at happy hour. Occupants also have the most charming entryways complete with a greeter holding treats for passers by consumption so even if lost, starvation is not an issue. We kept bumping into housecleaning, so a trail of bread crumbs won’t work here. The units are nice and airy, well thought out, have balconies and everything is new, new, new. Revel has only been open for ten months, but, to my observations, kinks are not being still ironed out. Speaking of ironing, each unit has its own washer and dryer, a definite plus if you have ever had a loved one in any other assisted living facility where laundry is jammed into giant washers tighter then rush hour on a Japanese train, and nothing ever makes its way back to the original owner. Housekeeping comes in once a week to do that voodoo that they do so well. While enjoying a massage or taking care of those precious tresses, your apartment is getting put into ship shape status; clean towels, sheets, laundry, the works. Should you desire, you can head to the art room, the theatre, find a book at the library, walk your dog to the leash free zone ( there are plenty of poop bags dispensers around the premises), have the car service take you on a jaunt, head out with new friends to those wide open spaces, or on weekends, enjoy a swim at the Olympic sized pool next door, or plant some flowers or herbs in the many raised beds available. Then, as if those choices were not enough to make you dizzy, activities are going on at all hours. There is a gym to work off those delicious meals, snacks and in between snacks. The kitchen is open 24/7, and they do know how to rattle those pots and pans. And, hold onto your chair, Room Service. Definitely my idea of camping! Having a double shot latte’ brought to my door is a fine start to my day. Also, unlike cruise ships and other facilities, NO assigned sitting or dinner shifts. So, no one is stuck with the same dinner company whose table manners made enjoying a meal impossible on the first night, and on the fifth night, completely unbearable. Tipping is not allowed, yet service is outstanding. Then, we came to the folding money part of the conversation. While the initial slap on the head, jaw agape, numbers are floated gently in front of you, sit back and take a moment to mentally add up what your cost of living is now. The only expense not covered is your phone. No homeowners insurance, or sewer, lights, cable, wi-fi, food, maintenance, housecleaning, and, unless you are firmly attached to your own mode of transportation ,no auto expenses either. There is a car service that will take you to anywhere within a ten mile radius for free. If your destination is beyond that, the cost is less then a taxi. For field trips, a shuttle is Johnnie on the spot. Mary S. Munro.

Revel has had such a positive impact on the city of Lacey. Every time I visit Revel the residents are smiling, the staff is so nice and the food is fabulous. Revel gives seniors in the community to stay independent and still have a life full of activities!

We originally first went to Revel as part of a mystery food and home tour. Had no idea it even existed. Talk about being pleasantly surprised and wonderfully amazed. As someone who has elderly parents and in-laws, and who also works in the healthcare field I’ve visited pretty much all the larger senior facilities in Thurston county, and a few in Pierce. At Revel, the service and accommodations cannot be beat for non-assisted living. My father and I made several visits to get the feel and tempo of the people who live there and those that cater to them...and I do mean catered! There has not been one staff member from July of this year to now (Dec) that has been anything but pleasant, courteous, helpful, and cheerful . The outside grounds boasts a magazine worthy covered fireplace seating area, a separate BBQ grill area (that staff cleans and maintains), and yet another area for outside dining. The inside common areas include the restaurant, the bar, the concierge desk, the movie theater, the spa, the salon, the gym, several little library/game alcoves, and a lounge with fireplace. There is an activities director, offsite trips, and on-site parties. I jokingly call this place club med now because there are so many things to choose from depending on your likes. And, if it doesn’t exist, but it’s a good idea the staff at Revel are happy to give things a try at least one, and twice if it was well received. Their floorplans and color schemes are fresh and modern, and the dining menu lends itself to the mercy of local resources for that farm to table experience. Yes, the price point is on the high side, but compare it to Patriots Landing...or tally up all the amenities and what it would cost to add them to your current life-style, and you might be surprise find that it’s affordable. I would really recommend swinging by and asking Peter for a tour...but be careful or you just might find yourself putting down a deposit to move it. My dad did!
