Trinity, Nikki, Elahna, and the entire team here at SHAG TriCourt in Kent were wonderful helping me get into the community here. After some rough experiences elsewhere, i was anxious about the process. They were kind, answering all my questions, and supported me throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how good they all were! I posted this, then looked at other reviews. I will not say those other reviews are wrong. But my unit is clean, spacious, no bed bugs. This is the nicest place I have lived in years. Your experience could be different - mine has been awesome so far!

I met with Nikki this past week and she was wonderful. We saw one unit that would actually work. My daughter's thought the place was acceptable for my needs. Some of the other reviews are a little concerning, but I will come to my conclusion based on my research. Thanks Nikki you were friendly, professional and very helpful.
