This is the smallest assisted living in Tri-Cities.A great community if your loved one needs to rehabilitate and improve in the event they had an accident. The ratio between caregiver and residents is 1 to 5. All the common spaces and private are close to every area in the community. The longest distance from an apartment to the dinning area is 50 feet. We are tailored and customized our niche is 1 on one interactions with residents. We're a close knit community we know everyone by first name including residents and employee families. We have open house and family dinners which include our staff and their family. This community offers high care and end of life care we work closely with hospice but we have a home like setting. We have had residents in the past who could live in a skilled nursing or rehab center full-time but they chose us due to our environment which is not institutionalized.

This community seriously cares about their residents and go above and beyond making sure they are well cared for. I couldn't imagine putting my grandma in a different place. She is very happy and VERY well cared for. No complaints. I highly recommend this community.

Three Rivers Place is so friendly and inviting the moment you walk through the door. Very skilled and caring nursing staff. The food is spectacular. Wonderful place for my mother. She loves it. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this community.

I recommend this place to all. My mother lived here and got the best care, they the staff made it a home for her. The food is wonderful too. Thank you everyone one we will miss you.

I was escorted through the building, shown three apartments, met several people and had a delicious lunch. The chef was one of the people I met and she did a wonderful job with the food offered to me. Afterwards, the Community Relations Manager sat down with me and reviewed my cost to live there. It is a very nice, very clean facility where all the residents consider themselves to be family. I truly liked it.
