Columbia Crossing administration in Kennewick are not trustworthy. My mom was to return to this care facility after her release from the hospital and they would not accept her after *one week* of getting her settled in. Some of poorest excuses and the administration are some of the worse people who don't care about the elderly especially our mother. They rejected her within ten days after arriving at the facility and released from the hospital. We had to move her once again because of their piss-poor care and support. I've even found what appeared to be feces under her bed after moving her in.

What a beautiful place, the grounds are so well kept and always looking clean! The entire staff treats the residents like family. The leisure activities are wonderful and family focused. The court yard is gorgeous with hanging baskets and safe walking areas. The residents have been growing vegetables and enjoying the scenic view! A sincerely kind and compassionate staff founds the brilliance of this community- highly recommend for those seeking a great place for their loved ones with memory needs.

As an employee of Fieldstone Memory care since 2015, I highly recommend it as a great place to work and also a great place to bring loved ones. Working as a caregiver for 17 years, Fieldstone is by far the best place that I've worked. The carestaff and the management truly care about the residents. I believe the residents thrive because we make thier home a joyful place, and I'm proud to be a part of that.

Fieldstone is the best place for my mom. They treat her like family. The staff is the best always help mom when she needs it. Staff is so friendly. We been to couple other places and mom was not treated good at all. We are blessed we found fieldstone. Staff and family members work together as team. Staff always tell me how mom is doing and anything we need to do to help. I highly recommend fieldstone best staff and place is well kept up too. Fieldstone is the best.

I love this place! It was really the right place for my mother, and we feel very good about the care she receives at Fieldstone. The caregivers treat her with love and respect, and they are all on point with the care for all the residents. They go out of their way to meet the individual needs of each resident, and they do it with love. It’s like a big family here, and always very clean and well-maintained.
