Friendly, open and accommodating when looking for a place for my Dad. Kim showed me around multiple times, and answered all my questions. The staff I met were very open and friendly. Dad has an apartment there now and the staff has been very helpful with the transition for him.

Transitioning Mary's father to assisted living facility was daunting but the staff at Kenmore Senior Living were there to assist every step of the way. From providing information and guidance at initial tour; reserving an apartment; assessment; moving (recommended movers) and doing so much to make my father feel welcomed. Her father has language/communication difficulties and the staff was there to work around this and resolve to meet his needs. Kim Spencer and Natasha Lillo are very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions and take immediate action. Mary's father is now enjoying his new home/community. It is a relief to us to know he will be well taken care of at Kenmore Senior Living.

Every since I moved my Mom to Kenmore Senior Living, we have experience an understanding, compassionate and very responsive staff. Everyone there has been most helpful and respectful of our wishes. We constantly receive updates of how my mother is doing, including pictures. We looked at several places and are so happy and satisfied, we chose this place-Kenmore Senior Living.

My grandma has enjoyed living at Kenmore Senior Living. She is very social and has made many new friends. The management and staff are very caring and attentive to her needs. The activity director Melody is wonderful and plans fun activities and events. I would highly recommend Kenmore Senior Living to seniors and families.

Caring
Kenmore was a nice community. It was well set-up for caring for individuals. We really didn't have anything we dislike about it, but it was more a location issue than anything with it. It was farther away from us than we wanted to deal with. The rooms were on the small side, but the food was good.

The staff here is excellent. They are very good with the residents. The place is always clean and well kept. There are lots of activities to keep the residents happy and well adjusted. We like the fact that there is weekly transportation to stores.

They are great. They are caring for her. Her room is immaculate. The staff is really attentive. I would recommend this anytime. Brian the manager is always there. The nursing staff is amazing, both the day and the evening nursing staff.
