I had a wonderful experience with April Fisher, who took me around to the different available apartments which I’m looking at for my friend who can’t drive and can’t get there, but used to live in the area. Everything is beautiful. Your next question asks me about the price that I paid in. I did not pay any price because I was looking at the place for a friend, but I thought the studio price was quite reasonable so I will say that even though it’s not for me.

How wonderful to be recognized upon my arrival with a welcome sign. I found Langley to be completely knowledgeable and courteous in our appointment and tour. At the time of the tour, she answered all my questions and listened quietly as I spoke of my senior living needs. I did not feel anything was being withheld. A courtesy lunch was provided and tasted absolutely delicious. I would encourage anyone to check this place out.

From the beginning of my dad's journey at Kenmore Senior Living to the very end, the staff was absolutely amazing. The Lease Manager, Langley, was incredibly communicative and worked at a very fast pace to help me transfer my dad from his skilled nursing facility. She came out the next day with a nurse for an assessment, and my dad moved in just a few days later. Langley was always positive and helpful, patiently answering my 100 questions at the start! The care staff were excellent, especially Erica, who always made me laugh and skillfully handled my dad's stubbornness. Erica was a tremendous help during my dad's transition to hospice care, consistently keeping me updated and helping me advocate for his needs. I couldn't have done it without her and I can't tell you how much I appreciate her! Every time I saw a staff member, they were always smiling and welcoming. I also loved that the staff knew all the residents by name”you could truly see how passionate they were and how much they cared! I would, without a doubt, do it all over again! Thank you, Kenmore Senior Living, for providing my dad with the best care up until the end. You all are truly amazing!

The staff at KSL is super friendly, the facility is clean and well kept. Langley was very responsive to all our needs, I'm super glad we got to work with her. We toured the place and met several residents heading for lunch, they told us the food at KSL is really good. We tried the chef's cookies which are delicious!

Transitioning Mary's father to assisted living facility was daunting but the staff at Kenmore Senior Living were there to assist every step of the way. From providing information and guidance at initial tour; reserving an apartment; assessment; moving (recommended movers) and doing so much to make my father feel welcomed. Her father has language/communication difficulties and the staff was there to work around this and resolve to meet his needs. Kim Spencer and Natasha Lillo are very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions and take immediate action. Mary's father is now enjoying his new home/community. It is a relief to us to know he will be well taken care of at Kenmore Senior Living.

Kenmore senior living has done a great job with my mom who has neuropathy and dementia. The care givers, Kim, and James work hard to keep the level of care high and your loved ones safe. I recommend this facility to anyone with a loved one experiencing these issues!

My mom has lived at Kenmore Senior Living for many years, and we are SO very happy that she lives there. During the pandemic, they did such a great job keeping everyone safe, and at a certain point, allowed for outdoor visits with mom. They stayed very informed on the state of things, and did such a great job of communicating with the families. Mom loves it there, and that makes us so happy! The ladies that run the front desk, have been so very helpful and kind, and we appreciate it so much!
