Reviews Providence Point

Very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. What a welcome relief after noise was bad in our appointment.

Beautiful place to live!!
March 2025
Providence Point is a great place to live. There are a wide range of activities, including a large pool, tennis court, and a workout room. Quarterly classes are offered free of charge or at a very low cost for supplies. My only complaint, and the reason for my 4 rating, is the HOA fee. I pay about $800 a month for an 861 square foot condo, and larger units are even more. When I moved here 9 years ago, it was only around $500. The constant increases are very difficult to handle on a fixed income.
