Very Poor The facility looks deceiving from outside clean. Insides cleatwhen they clean but don't keep up with clean on regular base. Caregivers disrespectful don't follow protocols washing hands has been a big issue don't follow patients care plan as for administrating medications also don't comminate patients conditional needs. Owner is rude an says one than an doesn't follow threw with what she says only concerns she has is getting the money but don't provide the agreement an serves being paid for. If you don't care for your loved one then this is the place for you. J
