We had moved our mother in here and cannot say enough good things about the assistance she received. The staff was caring and treated her like family. Our family ate there quite a bit with her, and the food was good, and they gave her a choice of what she wanted to eat. We would recommend them to any family.

Washington Oaks has a great set up for senior living. I found staff to be very pleasant and involved in the community, giving more of a ‘family’ experience than most care centers.

Washington Oakes is an amazing place to work!! This is also great place for seniors to live, in a community surrounded by others of their same age with same interests and have staff on standby 24/7 shall they need anything! This has been my 1st year of working here, in the health and wellness department and it has been by far my favorite place working. The upper management is very caring and understanding of their staff, they understand family is important and are willing to work with what schedule will fit in with your life outside of home. Tad the General manger has been very welcoming from the start! When I was first told in my interview about how Washington Oakes was.. I was wondering if this could be real!! From the activities and groups they have planned for the seniors whom live in The Oakes Community, to the outstanding yet delicious food with full 3 course meals, very clean establishment, 24 hour receptionist and medical staff, outreach into the Everett community, the list could go on! In all true honesty this is a great place. The staff is super friendly from all departments, The Oakes is very caring to their staff working here, and this is such a safe and beautiful place for seniors to live. All of the Oakes residents are super sweet funny and welcoming as well!

wish to report my experience in this community. I find it to be a tip top place to live, when one needs to live away from their home. The staff is excellent always aware of our needs. The food is quite good with a varied menu and many choices in which to decide. I love the many offerings!!! We have many activities that are well received by all. Many card games are also on the menu. So much to do, so it’s up to you what activity you wish to do each day. My apt. is wonderful and it suits me and my cat very well! I can’t think of a thing that i don't love about Washington Oakes!! It truly is my home and I have met many terrific new friends!

My father Bill has been living at Washington Oaks for 3 years now! He absolutely loves it! He has made many friends that have become like family to him! The staff is so friendly and look after my dad with such loving care! If you’re looking for a place for your loved ones I highly recommend Washington Oaks Senior living Community!

I have worked here for 6 years and this by far, as been the best place to work in my 35 years of employment. Everyone is so kind and caring to one another.That includes to our residence also. We treat our residence like our family. Making sure they are well care for, as well as reminding them to care for themselves. Meaning to drink enough water, take their pills, and much more. Just like if you were visiting your Mom or Dad.You can be sure our care is identical to yours. If applying for employment, you will have the best experience . If choosing a place for your loved ones, it is also the greatest experience you will ever have. I am proud to be an employee here and am hoping you can come and experience this wonderful place too.

My mother lived here at Washington Oakes until she passed a year ago. She loved it here and we, her family loved it here and were grateful to have found this place. The environment is clean, pleasant, beautiful, and welcoming. The management and all the staff are wonderful and caring, including the kitchen staff, and the food is very good, which is important. They take very good care of their residents and are committed to their care.

Best Leisure Care facility to work. It is like a big happy family here and since moving, I miss it so much! If you are looking to live or work here, you will definitely have a good experience. I recommend this facility over any others in WA.

Mom loves living here. The food is wonderful to taste very good. The staff is so friendly and engaging with the residents. We couldn't have asked for a better location it's close to all her doctors and the hospital that she would use. The community is so clean and well maintained. Mom is being well taken care of here.

We did not see much of the people who lived there but it was in the middle of the day. We did see some people playing cards in the game room. It was very nice and clean. Lots of things for the people who lived there to do. Great that there is lots of choices with the meals. One of my favorites.
