8-26-26 i would like to add an update to my review. We have moved my mother from this place and within 3 weeks at the new facility she is now eating gaining weight and no longer needs hospice. This says a lot about the care that was received at this place. If you want a safe healthy place for your loved one this place isnt it. This place is a joke, they have a different director every few months and when we are onsite they are never available to talk about the care my mother is receiving. Karma sucks and I hope the owners of Cogir have to live in the same situation they put thir patients in. Cogir is all about charging top dollar per month and giving [language removed] care. Most of they people working there barley speak english (cheap labor) my mother clothing is always missing and her stuff in her room stolen. Last week we went to visit her and she had a large bruise down the middle of her forehead that was over a week old. We asked what happened and nobody knows. We pay extra for a camera in her room that detects falls and still nobody said a word to us. See pics of bruise and other people's junk found in her room

We were so uncomfortable putting our mom in a memory care facility but when we got to the point where we had no choice we decided to go with The Terrace at Beverly Lake and we were so happy we did. They took such good care of her. Every time we visited she was busy and in good spirits. You can feel comfortable with this community. They were great.

This care home is a very lovely facility. I have been singing and entertaining here for almost two years and the care and kindness I receive is wonderful. The Terrace is a light-filled, friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment that has helped our family adjust to and enjoy a new relationship with my mom. After looking around a few places I was lucky enough to have a friend discuss his experience with his wife at the Terrace. I checked out the Terrace and ended up putting my wife in memory care in the summer of 2024. I am very grateful for the entire staff. They are very caring in the way they treat patients. When I have any issues I can talk freely with the Mgmt team and they listen. Big thank you the Terrace family for being a loving and caring place.

Great place! My mom has been a resident for a little over a year now. The staff is amazing and poor their heart a sole in to taking care of the residents. The facility is clean and has just been updated with new amenities. The manager of this site location is amazing! She is very supportive to family members, residents and staff! I’m grateful for all that they do!

The care team at The Terrace at Beverly Lake is the best! My husband is a resident there and they always treat him with respect and dignity. They are well trained and understand dementia - it’s what they do day after day. It is a difficult job I’m sure and not for the faint of heart, but they treat the residents like family.

The Terrace is where my mother in law has called home for several years now and we feel like she’s in just the right place for her. She loves the staff and they take great care of her! Michelle and Annette at the front desk are especially friendly and sweet. Thank you all for taking care of mom!

My husband’s grandmother spent the last 2 years of her life in the care of the people at the Terrace. They made her feel special, safe, and comfortable as she left us. She was there during Covid and they would set up dates for us to come see her through the windows of their offices. And even posted pictures of her on their socials so we could see her. They became like family to us. We will always be eternally grateful for giving her the dignity and respect she needed at the end of her time on earth.

I absolutely love the staff at The Terrace at Beverly Lake. They genuinely care about their residents, they treat them like family. Many of the staff members have worked there for years--you can see that they enjoy what they do and they are so good at it. It is such a good place for a loved one to live!

I first off want to talk about the executive director Scott Owens, he was very professional and friendly and really seems to care about the residents. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the facility was very clean. Walking through the facility seemed very cozy and well maintained. The outside grounds were well kept up and had a very safe feel. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe affordable place for their loved ones. Craig M.

The caretakers and all staff at The Terrace go above and beyond in the care they give to my husband and to me as well. Finding The Terrace was a Godsend for my husband, myself and our family. This is a facility that has your loved ones best interest as their first priority. I am there almost everyday and they have all become family. The confidence I have in the caretaking, safety and all around living conditions at The Terrace allows me to basically survive this traumatic experience of losing my husband to this devastating disease.

I’ve been visiting this facility daily for a few years now and I really love it. The staff here are amazingly caring and very helpful with residents. The food is great and the desserts are even better. The activities and parties thrown for the residents are beyond amazing and very well planned. I would most definitely recommend this place for placement of a loved one.

I chose The Terrace at Beverly Lake for my sister because of the friendly, helpful staff, the daily variety of activities and the ability to easily interact with other residents. I especially like being able to see pictures of the residents having fun and being involved. My sister loves it when the therapy cat and dog occasionally visit!

My father receives excellent care from the staff at this facility. Any time I have questions the staff or the manager responds in a very quick manner. They always make sure his room is clean and that he has everything he needs. This was my last choice to have to leave my father at a facility but I cannot provide the care that he needs at my home. This facility has consistently taken care of him and provided a safe environment with staff that really cares for him and is compassionate. They communicate with me often and this puts me at ease to at least feel like I have made the best decision for him.
