Heritage court is amazing they are treaying my foster mom with the best care possible and if someone says differently they are nuts. It is such a great place for your family member I would highly recommend for anyone. They have always made sure that every individual is is happy and fully cared for! Thank you guys so much.

The place is questionable. I personally have not been there to see the facility in person but my mother resides there. What I can say is that some of the staff seems very pressed to give any info regarding issues my mother has brought to my attention. They have her bank cards locked up and I've been trying to get someone to go help her play her bill, or even just help her get wifi connected to her phone for the last week and a half and she still doesn't have her phone turned on. It's impossible to get a call through after 4pm and when I've brought that up I was told they will make sure their med tech has a phone on them and is answering it at reasonable hours. I tested this by calling 10 times between 5 pm and 8 pm and failed to get an answer. The director seems as if she feels attacked when I've brought complaints to her even arguing that my mom must be seeing things when another resident was getting into my mother's things. They eventually moved my mom to another room in the basement. When I call to get updates about my mother I don't know whether or not to believe them because I've caught them lies. I tried to discuss talking to a social worker with director because I'd like to move my mother and basically my request was denied because my mother is "happy and doin quite well" according to the nurse and director however according to my mother she is not happy at all. I've felt as if they are actively trying to keep my mother there. I had to reach out to my social worker to get the name and number of the heritage court social worker because that info was unavailable to me. I'll be calling her today and starting the process to get my mother moved to an adult family home rather than another large facility after reading other reviews and our own experience with this place. The only reason I've given 2 stars is because Heidi and Dani and one other aid there who's name escapes me at least are kind and don't go on the immediate defense when I call. They seem to have good intentions.

Heritage Court Assisted Living Facility is truly exceptional! The care and comfort they provide are outstanding, making it a warm and welcoming home for residents. Melissa, the Health Services Director, is absolutely amazing with her dedication, compassion, and expertise shine through in everything she does. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported and cared for. I highly recommend Heritage Court for anyone seeking top notch assisted living care.

A Staff That Truly Makes the Community Shine As an Executive Director of a sister property, I had the unique privilege of spending three weeks at Heritage Court Assisted Living in Everett”and I can confidently say the team here is nothing short of outstanding. When I arrived, the Executive Director was at a different facility helping, yet the staff had been running the building autonomously with impressive collaboration and commitment. Their teamwork, ownership, and deep understanding of resident care were evident in everything they did. The caregivers knew each resident’s needs and behaviors intimately, and I saw firsthand how proactive they were in recognizing the early signs of behavior escalation and adjusting their approach to keep things calm and supportive. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly commendable. Even with no Activities Director in place, caregiver Blanca stepped up effortlessly”keeping residents engaged and active without missing a beat. It was clear the residents were in great hands. I also had the opportunity to witness an emergency situation where first responders had to be called. While the Lead Med Tech was managing another crisis, another Med Tech immediately stepped in, provided all necessary information to EMS, and contacted the Health Services Director. The professionalism and clear communication across the team were impressive”they responded swiftly and documented everything with care and accuracy. The excellence didn’t stop at care. Housekeeping and Food Services were just as exceptional. Despite the building being nearly a century old (and showing the usual wear and tear), it was consistently clean and smelled fresh, especially when Tammy or Angela were on duty. Their pride in their work was obvious and deeply appreciated. Food Services deserves major recognition as well. The meals were truly homemade, delicious, and beautifully presented”something not all communities prioritize. Even residents commented on how good the food was. As someone who's been in this field since 2004, I’m not often easily impressed”but in this case, I was both proud and impressed by what I saw. Heritage Court may not be the newest building, but what it lacks in aesthetics, it more than makes up for in heart, teamwork, and exceptional care. The staff is the heartbeat of this community, and they make it shine.

Our experience with Heritage Court during our close friend’s stay from August 2024 to March 2025 was exceptional. As his friend of almost 40 years and Power of Attorney, and along with my wife and his close friends, we visited frequently and witnessed firsthand the exceptional care provided. Despite our friend's behavioral challenges and the complexity of dementia, the caregivers consistently treated him”and other residents”with remarkable kindness, patience, and dignity. Their skillful, compassionate approach brought a level of peace and stability we hadn’t seen elsewhere, even after extensive experience with other facilities during similar situations. The caregivers at Heritage Court are more than staff; they are heartfelt companions who treat residents like family, offering comfort through song, language, humor, and unwavering respect. I just want to simply thank Susan for all that she had done for me in less than 24hours. Over the last 5months I’ve been in search of my grandma. Yesterday I was giving the information that she is staying at this facility. I reached out and had a hard time talking to someone. Susan contacted me through phone and via text and let me know my grandma was doing well. She made a promise to me that she would allow me to speak to my grandma, and she did just that. She had my grandma come to her office personally and had her call me. I’ve literally been crying tears of joy since. Susan I’ve thanked you privately, but I had to thank u publicly. Cause you have know idea how much this has meant to me. Thank you ™

The staff do the best they can with what they are given. There are some great staff members there. The basement level where my mother was housed was very basic. The photos on their website only show the first floor not the basement quarters. The air conditioning doesn’t work and it was like a sauna in the basement. The only way to get my mother outside to the patio was a barely working lift. Otherwise the residents never go outside. Communication could have been better especially when leaving. Would not be my first choice for a loved one. Better training for staff would be beneficial

Their administrator is really so loving and caring, Ellen their DNS is like. ... she has a big heart and sees the goodness in every resident here.... She is God sent... she really really cares... Kim, Angela, Nima and everyone here are just awesome... This would be a place for me.. when I get to a point in my life .. that I would need assistance.

my aunt was here for more then 6years .Her care was wonderful and the staff was always good to her . The food was really good . I have never walked in and found my aunt sitting in soiled clothing ,wet brief . Seems like some of these reviews are from disgruntled employee's.
