I have lived here three years and can’t count how many close friends I have made. I love doing trivia games or other riddle games that include questions such as: "If you could do ANYTHING scary without risk what would you do?" Another activity I enjoy is our weekly wine & cheese evening with Jazz music. We also have craft projects and an active club for those interested in knitting or gardening. Our community has many sports fans and we frequently gather for watch parties. Please come and check us out! Won't you join our community today? Find your home here with friends waiting! My name is Gay and I have been a resident at Brookdale Everett for over 12 years. We have a really wonderful group of care givers here. The food is very good and the kitchen staff is really great if you need special food. The community here is a big family. I really love our patio and lovely garden that we get to take care of and make it look beautiful. There's no need to look anywhere else, this is it, best community!!!

When we were looking for our parents next home we visited many assisted living facilities. While Brookdale Everett isn’t the fanciest, or with the most amenities, it is very welcoming and clean. Our first impressions on the tour were that the residents seemed very happy. We were invited to sit and have lunch with the residents. The food and service were excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. The apartments are spacious, many with a view of the garden courtyard. We knew this was the right place. My parents have been there for 5 months now and are very happy. They have made several friends and have taken advantage of many social activities and excursions. Thank you Tricia and team!

My Dad called me out of the blue on Monday and asked if I chose his apartment for him, or how I found it (he has dementia so I remind him periodically). I explained that he and I toured places together, and made the decision as a family. When I asked him why he asked he said, "This is an exceptional place to live" assured me we'd made a good choice, and talked about enjoying the food, having good people to socialize with, and really great Happy Hours. He then asked if I'd played Happy Hour before since I'm a musician... I have just played on Friday. If I could go back in time to reassure my past self with this conversation it would've saved so many tears, and so much stress. I fretted over the decision to move Dad out of our home, if he'd feel abandoned, and if I was making the right choice. To know that he's found a place he loves, he's found community, and even a "sweetheart" as he puts it - I couldn't be more at ease and satisfied.

Needs improvement in food service, treatment for two different groups *& added programs promised in advertising. All need more nurses and cnas.( totally understaffed in all areas.

Mom has been at Brookdale Everett for 3 years. All the residents are friendly. It is easy to visit and feel welcome by the residents as well as the staff. There are many activities through out the day. I try to visit daily or at least several times a week. We are very pleased that we choose Everett. It is close by, it is clean and it is well run. The care has been beyond expectations.

We love Brookdale Everett! Everyone who works here treats you like family. The staff are all very competent, professional and respectful. My mom loves her caregivers and the rest of the staff as well! This is a very positive and uplifting community to live in. My mom loves the variety of activities that are available for her to participate in daily. She has made some wonderful friendships. Everyone is so loving and caring toward my mom and our family. We could not ask for a better place for her to live. My mom feels truly blessed to have found Brookdale Everett!

Sales Manager Debbie Kaufman has been a friend and adviser during our recent search. She was generous with her knowledge and experience, ensuring that even if we weren't able to move our family member to Brookdale Everett, we had the tools and information we needed to make decisions. We found the staff friendly. the community clean and homey. We would have loved to have selected Brookdale Everett but we needed a community with memory care.

My sweet Aunt Harriett spent her last few months at Brookdale Everett. She moved from Brookdale Marysville for more assistance. We were very relieved once we realized Brookdale Everett is a special place with a special group of employees. We are so grateful to the staff who were sincerely dedicated to her wellbeing. Many of the staff we met have been there for a long time which tells you that Brookdale Everett is also doing something right with their employees. Thank you to you all!

My mother recently moved into Brookdale Everett. I have to say that they have been very professional and accommodating to our requests, especially the Director, Christy Schuermeyer. My mother isn't crazy about the food but we have found a solution for that. She has a new fridge in her room along with a microwave. Hopefully my mother will be happy here as my mom makes friends at Brookdale.

While my mother was here, I would say it was the best and we had a few hiccups but nothing serious until the last week of her life. Then it was only one person that truly made her last couple of days more stressful on us than mom but we had almost always had issues with laundry. Prior to August, while Mary Shepard was running the place, it was so worth having family members here. I do admit after she left, the place fell apart. I was looking into setting things up for my husband but not now.
