The I have lived here one year and can’t count how many close friends I have made. Our new program director has limitless ideas and activities almost every half hour. We do group word games but also one on one craft projects. Please come and check it out! Ask for Carrie!

I really love living at Brookdale, lots of friendly people and the food is great! I have a studio apt and it is just the right size. I am so glad I am here!

Very helpful and understanding staff. Residents I met were very positive with their experience @ Brookdale. Cost was very reasonable in comparison to others.

Mom has been at Brookdale Everett for 3 years. All the residents are friendly. It is easy to visit and feel welcome by the residents as well as the staff. There are many activities through out the day. I try to visit daily or at least several times a week. We are very pleased that we choose Everett. It is close by, it is clean and it is well run. The care has been beyond expectations.

Needs improvement in food service, treatment for two different groups *& added programs promised in advertising. All need more nurses and cnas.( totally understaffed in all areas.

Sales Manager Debbie Kaufman has been a friend and adviser during our recent search. She was generous with her knowledge and experience, ensuring that even if we werent able to move our family member to Brookdale Everett, we had the tools and information we needed to make decisions. We found the staff friendly. the community clean and homey. We would have loved to have selected Brookdale Everett but we needed a community with memory care.

Brookdale is a lovely assisted living facility and I really enjoyed the tour. It’s a very friendly and cozy place and Debbie was great at listening and understanding my needs. Yes 5 stars!

Ive had a great opportunity to know and witness Debra Kaufmans heart and devotion to her job at Brookdale.Everett. My Mom is not easy to deal with, and trying to sell her on her need for assisted living was going to be a incredibly tough sale, Not sure Debras exact title at Brookdale ? but she exudes a care and devotion to her calling that was communicated to my Mom, a tough customer indeed. Debra has expressed the care and family atmosphere that would be available to Mom through several personal visits to her present residence . Im a salesperson by trade and I pride myself on trying to meet my customers needs ; its very apparent that Debra accomplishes this daily,so naturally. Not sure where Mom will end up , because unfortunately, she seems to gravitate to the cheapest deal rather then what will satisfy her needs. I do know Debra has a great heart for her job and she sold me on Brookdale Everett. Sincerely, Eric Britton

We love Brookdale Everett! Everyone who works here treats you like family. The staff are all very competent, professional and respectful. My mom loves her caregivers and the rest of the staff as well! This is a very positive and uplifting community to live in. My mom loves the variety of activities that are available for her to participate in daily. She has made some wonderful friendships. Everyone is so loving and caring toward my mom and our family. We could not ask for a better place for her to live. My mom feels truly blessed to have found Brookdale Everett!

While my mother was here, I would say it was the best and we had a few hiccups but nothing serious until the last week of her life. Then it was only one person that truly made her last couple of days more stressful on us than mom but we had almost always had issues with laundry. Prior to August, while Mary Shepard was running the place, it was so worth having family members here. I do admit after she left, the place fell apart. I was looking into setting things up for my husband but not now.

My mother recently moved into Brookdale Everett. I have to say that they have been very professional and accommodating to our requests, especially the Director, Christy Schuermeyer. My mother isnt crazy about the food but we have found a solution for that. She has a new fridge in her room along with a microwave. Hopefully my mother will be happy here as my mom makes friends at Brookdale.

My sweet Aunt Harriett spent her last few months at Brookdale Everett. She moved from Brookdale Marysville for more assistance. We were very relieved once we realized Brookdale Everett is a special place with a special group of employees. We are so grateful to the staff who were sincerely dedicated to her wellbeing. Many of the staff we met have been there for a long time which tells you that Brookdale Everett is also doing something right with their employees. Thank you to you all!
