I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Anne, the CNA who took wonderful care of my aunt in Room 212W. Anne is compassionate, patient, attentive, and always treated my aunt with kindness and respect. Her warm, smiling face always brightened the day and made my aunt feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. Her dedication gave our family peace of mind, knowing our aunt was receiving excellent care. I would also like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine concern for the residents. Everyone was friendly, caring, and willing to help whenever needed. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment. Thank you all for the outstanding care and support you provide every day. My mom stayed in Bethany’s acute care rehabilitation for a month after hip replacement surgery. Everything from facility , outside area and room was very good , it felt like a city under roof ! But most importantly people who were taking care of mom PT, nurses and CNA’s were really human , attentive and thoughtful ! Shrada who manages all care teams is very professional and kind , she would resolve any questions, requests you can have . Thanks to Mike(CNA)who helped mom to back walking !Overall , very pleasant experience and support we had in this not easy circumstances!

Recently my husband had a very serious infection that required skilled nursing. He was sent to Bethany at Silverlake What a blessing in disguise that was for both of us. He was placed in the southeast wing where the best of the best work. We both experienced expert service and a caring attitude from everyone They were professional but catered to the needs of each individual patient. They even sang happy birthday to my husband and shared some cake Being in a facility can be a pleasant experience or a nightmare. We have experienced both. I cannot think of a better place for my husband to be sent to recover. The South East Team is number one in service, professionalism and caring!! A++++++

The support and care at Bethany for my father was fantastic. I couldn't imagine more caring and helpful folks. My father was there for two months. I saw how much the staff cared for my dad and helped with therapy all of which made his difficult recovery so much better. The nurses, Kiana, Suz, Nora, Darya, Adrian and Vicki and the CNA's Sofia, Helen, Jin and Stephanie were all excellent. The physical therapist Ranjana, and Occupational therapist, Patricia, were both on top of my dad's care and very caring. It was an emotional goodbye, when my dad had to leave! I can't think how it could have been better.

We recently had a family member stay at Bethany for over 2 months to recuperate after surgery. He received excellent care! The staff went above and beyond to help him feel comforted and to help him progress physically as much as he was able. His room was kept clean and they kept up with his laundry. Kiana was especially helpful with answering our questions, communicating care changes and needs, and overall making our experience a positive one. The nurses, PT, OT, and CNAs were all a delight to work with. Many thanks!

I was at Bethany at Siver lake for two weeks after a fall fracturing my hip. The facility was well organized (kudos to Kiana!) The aides were personable and respectful. Special mention to Sophia, Casey and Rio! VICKY, The med nurse on evening shift was especially accommodating. A very special mention for PT, OT , and Social Services that went above the average to make my stay less stressful and address concerns that i had. Rosalie D.

My mom was at Bethany for over a year. I feel that her behaviors and overall happiness improved a lot in that time frame compared to other facilities that she had been. She is now in the ICU and everytime I mention Bethany she smiles. I wish that they had trach care so she could go back.

Just left Bethany at Silver Lake. First impression, the facility is an older one in the area, but as criticism goes, that's it. The facility is squeaky clean, spacious, lots of activities, lots of staff.AND the staff. They are awesome. I felt more than cared for, they took a personal interest and saw that I was comfortable and clean. We accomplished my goals quickly and out the door I went. Whatever was within their ability to accommodate, they went out of their way to help. Chef Greg, personally came to see me because I had such food challenges. He designed a meal plan to keep me eating and healthy. I just can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this facility for all your needs.

I was at Bethany at Silver Lake for about three and a half weeks. From the time I arrived until I left was a wonderful experience. My room was 214 W and the staff working that area was fantastic. When I say staff I mean everyone from PT, OT, nurses, aids and even the house keeping. I found the food to be great, ( that may have been because they were better cooks than me). I pushed my wheelchair thru out the entire complex on a daily routine. The activities were fun and I had met a lot of residents and wonderful staff as well. I would also like to say thank you to everyone there for helping me and respecting and supporting my recovery.

I haven't even been here yet but the word I got is that it is covered by Aetna Medicare and Hana the nurse who is patiently teaching me how to walk after back surgery highly recommends it. Not sure if I'll be there long enough to try the nail-paintig class but I'm sure my daughter would love see me try. It would be like the time she got her Grandpa to play the Pretty Princess game with us when she was about 5.

The place is so much better now that it's updated. I want to give it 5 stars. However, it is extremely under-staffed. No matter how nice a place looks, if someone rings for help and no one comes, that is a severe issue. Bless the current staff for doing all they can with the numbers they have (They get 5 stars). But anyone sending their loved ones here, be aware that if they ring for help, chances are someone might not come. Keep that in mind. I hope they can increase their staffing. Healthcare is something that shouldn't be ran bare-bones, but sadly every industry is trending running their business that way.

I’ve been around several nursing homes, but Bethany at The Northwest really stands out. Unlike others, Bethany’s spaces are welcoming and well-kept. No unpleasant odors here! The front desk officers are all caring and knowledgeable. They even offer lovely activities like nail painting and gardening to brighten the residents' days. Truly a wonderful and caring place!

Yesterday I visited with a friend who had a stroke about a year ago & was admitted this week to Silver Lake. At the check-in desk, I was greeted by a friendly smile & good directions. His room was bright & immaculate, his call light answered promptly. I am confident & grateful he’s going to get great care here

I am writing this review because nursing homes do not get enough online reviews and it's hard for people to learn about them. Both of my parents are now at Bethany long term. They moved in spring of 2021, 6 months ago. Due to my parent's health issues the last few years I have experience with 5 nursing homes. They are in Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Bothell, and Bethany in south Everett. I can state how Bethany compares with them. Bethany has the nicest facility, though the Lynnwood one was not bad either. The public rooms in Bethany are all very nice. The other 3 homes were tired old buildings with cracked vinyl floors with low ceilings. On hot days the AC did not make it down the halls to patient rooms. I always thought nursing homes smelled bad since everyone is incontinent. The Shoreline and Edmonds ones did. (I have good sense of smell). Bethany smells great. The Bothell one, though having an old building, my mom's attendant was well trained and responsive. My mom had a stroke in the morning and the attendant could tell by her posture and she was off to ER within 15 minutes.) Staff - At Bethany I am really impressed in how caring all the aids I have been. And how knowledgeable and responsible the nurses have been. The front desk attendant Tanya is always competent and nice while being constantly pinged by people from all sides. I am impressed by the activities they have just to make the patients feel better! Someone comes by offering to paint the ladies finger nails. In the spring someone had a big cart of little planter boxes to show spring grown of different plants. They try to get the patients out to eat together or go to a church service. Maybe because Bethany is associated with churches they get volunteers who just care about helping helpless people.

Bethany at Pacific was a great experience! The staff was always willing to help! The nurses always made time to answer questions. And the aids were amazing as well! I had comfort in knowing that my loved one was taken care of when I couldn’t be there!

I believe that Bethany is a top quality care facility and though I consider them top quality I can only give them 3 stars. Where they are deficient is in their Physical Therapy department. Given that our stay was under medicare their focus was ensuring that the therapy given was just barely adequate to meet minimal payment requirements set by medicare and no more. My wife who was under the PT department care is now relearning how to walk safely and correctly through out patient therapy . . . after being discharged from Bethany. Though payment for a service is important I see their PT department as having a quantity over quality driving force that focuses on making a quick dollar over quality patient care and rehabilitation. Other than their therapy department all is top quality. It is unfortunate that one weak link can give such a fine organization such as Bethany is known for a black-eye in overall care.
