This nursing home really shines with its fantastic management team. After four months, I appreciate how welcoming and accessible they are. The place feels safe, with top-notch cleanliness and ongoing staff updates.

The place is so much better now that it's updated. I want to give it 5 stars. However, it is extremely under-staffed. No matter how nice a place looks, if someone rings for help and no one comes, that is a severe issue. Bless the current staff for doing all they can with the numbers they have (They get 5 stars). But anyone sending their loved ones here, be aware that if they ring for help, chances are someone might not come. Keep that in mind. I hope they can increase their staffing. Healthcare is something that shouldn't be ran bare-bones, but sadly every industry is trending running their business that way.

I’ve been around several nursing homes, but Bethany at The Northwest really stands out. Unlike others, Bethany’s spaces are welcoming and well-kept. No unpleasant odors here! The front desk officers are all caring and knowledgeable. They even offer lovely activities like nail painting and gardening to brighten the residents' days. Truly a wonderful and caring place!

My sister and I decided to move our dad to this facility since it’s near where I live. I remember being so anxious about the transition, but the staff made everything smooth and welcoming. One specific instance that stood out was when our dad had a minor health scare. The nurses acted quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured he got the best care possible. This place has truly become his second home.

When we were looking for a place for my uncle after his hip surgery, we visited several facilities, but this was our first choice. I remember the first weekend he was there, there was no sign of anxiety whatsoever, he was all smiles!

We moved my aunt here about a year ago, and it’s been a great experience for her. People here are warm and caring, always making sure she feels comfortable and valued. The facility is modern and always clean, with a beautiful outdoor courtyard and raised gardens. She enjoys social activities and has made several friends. It’s a relief to know she’s in a place where she’s well taken care of and happy.

Zero stars! Called the admitting department for information on this facility and availability, several times over 3 weeks (because no one returned my call) and still have never received a call back. I even called into the reception and explained I was having an issue with no call back and they didn't really care. What a joke and this facility pays an employee that is in charge of this task.
