About Cascade Place
Located in Enumclaw, Washington on the plateau of Western Washington in King County and just off Highway 410. Cascade Place has been open and providing care for Residents since the late 1900's. Caring Places Management is honored to carry on the tradition of quality care in a homelike environment that Cascade Place has been known for in the Enumclaw and surrounding area since opening.
Cascade Place is a beautiful 2-story building featuring 42 Apartments, with 4 1-bedroom apartments and 30 large studio apartments, and 8 shared suites. The building encloses an interior courtyard accessible from the first floor with access to gardening, seating areas, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard including fountain. Cascade Place offers a beautiful open dining room, activity room and cozy common areas allowing residents gather and socialize!
The team at Cascade Place pride themselves on the quality and caring manner in which they work with the Residents and serve the greater community. Our robust activity and life enrichment programming are geared to resident preferences and include Bingo, music and other entertainers to the community, scheduled trips to stores and other desired locations, and wonderful scenic drives and enjoyment of all the area has to offer!
Caring Places Management is proud to be working to provide Medicaid funded services for appropriate residents as possible based on availability and other factors at Cascade Place. Please follow up with the community to discuss status and availability.

Cascade Place Living & Care
Assisted Living Rates:
Our monthly rate is a combination of a base rate for the apartment and basic services, plus a care rate based on the resident's needs.
Assisted Living Base Rate: $3,295 Studio
Memory Care Rates:
Additional care rate is factored based on resident needs and direct time spent to assist the resident or complete those tasks based on the care plan developed with the Resident and/or resident representative, community Administrator, and community care team.
Memory Care Base Rate: $4,975 Studio

Worst facility I have ever worked for management especially [name removed] treats staff like garbage she will write you up for things you don't do the rcc only got the position because she can't get along with the rest of the staff also they could care less about your family member until they start to pass them they pretend to care do not! Work here or trust your family member to live here

Enjoyed the biscuit and gravy breakfast put breakfast put on by staff and it was delicious,, my mom has been at this facility for 6 plus years years ,, the staff has always shown great care and kindness ,, and are very helpful and understanding,, it’s always been a pleasure visiting my mom,, and would like to thank them very much

I am glad I chose Cascade Place for my mom. The staff is the best, they really care about each resident and their family too. They are one big family living under one roof. If you are considering putting your love one in assisted living Cascade Place is the one.

My father has been at this facility for almost a year for memory care (this is the second place I have had him in and it far exceeds the previous). The staff is phenomenal, have great communication with me over any and all issues. The facility is clean and has the best food. My dad is very comfortable here and loves his private room & bathroom. They are great at individualized care, even down to making dad his favorite popcorn in the evenings. Couldn't give a higher recommendation. It's hard to find this kind of quality care in the post Covid world.

Overall appearance of buildings, grounds and staff was good. I might miss a stove, but maybe that's the way it is. I am concerned that there is no "spend down" policy. I'll be having lunch there on the 26th.

My mother did not live there but we checked out Cascade Place. [Removed] have been absolutely incredible. They have not only been empathetic with my mother but also with our family. They are concerned about the whole family because the whole family is affected when a loved one is not well. They've acted above and beyond, calling to see how we were sending cards and giving encouragement even though it was likely that my mom would not end up at Cascade place. We had lunch there and I met the residences on more than one occasion and they all seem very happy with Cascade Place.

All I have to say is the people here ( Tim and Jerry) are AMAZING. They worked VERY hard to make our decision of placing our loved one an easy transition. It is a great place to visit, and they have great food!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE!!!
