My experience as a tenant here has been great. Ballinger Court is a great place to live. Management is helpful and special thank you’s to our new maintenance engineer Orlando. He does everything from fixing my bathroom sink clog to power washing our entire courtyard area - and he always has a friendly smile. He is just what we needed! Our Assistant Manager Karen deserves many thank yous for her friendly smile, and patience at all times to resident requests for assistance and information. She goes out of her way to provide a welcoming atmosphere in our office area, always professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad she is here! As always thank you to Orlando for his hard work in providing maintenance for Ballinger Court with a smile always on his face. He is a delight to know and takes great pride in his work and attention to detail.

Orlando responded to my rooftop pecking bird problem. He installed mesh to prevent further nesting. Great job!! //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Karen is always friendly and helpful and gets on a problem ASAP. My refrigerator seal was replaced the next day. She is the BEST!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Karen Rice, the Assistant Manager of Ballinger Court. It appears she sincerely cares about the property and specifically, the residents. From my experience, she listens well and isn’t scared to come up with a solution. I applaud Karen for effectively working with many of us here; I know it is NOT that easy. I have lived here for over nine years. It hasn’t always been like that, so it is refreshing to know Karen has our best interest at heart. As a long-term resident here, I am proud to live at Ballinger Court Senior Apartments. I want to give kudos to Orlando, our Maintenance guy, here at Ballinger Court Apartments. He always has a smile on his face and a can-do attitude! It is refreshing to know that he cares so much about the building, as it shows in his work constantly.

Just one word sums it upAMAZING! From Karen in the front office to the beautiful garden area outside it’s been a wonderful place to live. I would like to commend our new head maintenance man, Orlando!!! Orlando has been here a short time yet he has achieved the appreciation of many residents. We all clapped for him at our monthly meeting this week. ..Every time I see Orlando, he is working hard moving refrigerators, cleaning up our landscaping for winter or taking out loads of garbage. He always has a wonderful smile and a wave as we pass by. I feel like he's someone I can count on for my maintenance needs inside and outside the building. Orlando is also a really nice man making our community better! Much appreciation.

My husband and I live at Ballinger Court and we love it here. The people are friendly and Mae our manager is great. She hosted a Cinco di mayo brunch and she and her husband made the food for us, Ballinger Court is a wonderful place to live
