Serious work needs to be done in the food service area. Food temperatures upon serving are too low. They are often just lukewarm. Soup always requires a quick microwave to reach an appropriate temperature. It is not uncommon to wait 40 minutes for the food to be delivered to the table, that includes the featured entree of the day. The wait staff try their best to compensate for the long waits. The resident council has addressed these issues with management multiple times. Please listen and fix these issues.

As of this date (11/11/22)our main contact at Patriots Landing has been Mylene Robert's. She has impressed us with her professional demeanor and her effort to provide us with information to go through the process of making Patriots Landing our new home. We are eager and ready to move in today. My mother, Maria Paras, made her home at Patriots Landing for eight happy years.

The staff at the front desk is truly exceptional, juggling everything from keys to the sauna, packages, and questions about the progress of the repairs being done and from residents and guests alike. My parents have lived here for a few years now, and they have been incredibly happy with living there because of its facilities, amenities, food and activities. I should also say that I do historical presentations there once a month, and residents enjoy them. It is never too late to learn something new.

Look no further for a memory care unit! A few years ago we toured several assisted living facilities in Snohomish, King, Pierce and Thurston Counties that also had memory care units anticipating moms need to transition at some point. As a RN I was very particular as to the type of facility I would help mom transition to from her home. Many facilities we toured were upgraded in the lobbies and public areas but the resident rooms/apts were dated and/ or dingy and in need of upgrades. Staff was hard to find, environmental stimulation void with activity areas lacking any thought or detail to needs of this population. Many times it was a large TV in their"activity center" nothing indicated it was the activity center. We decided Patriots Landing was most appropriate and mom moved into the assisted living. As both the care team and our family witnessed the decline in mom after a few years in assisted living, there was the need for a new environment, we moved her into Liberty Lane (the memory care unit). If you visit you will find the staff engaging with the residence throughout the day. The unit staff are passionate about the quality of care they provide as well as planning activities throughout the day (including weekends) in order to meet the individual needs of each resident. Some are able to participate more than others but the staff develop a care plan based on the individual needs . The director of nurses loves spending time with these residents very hands on, often participating in care despite her many other responsibilities. Since moving into Liberty Lane our mom has thrived and we have seen the improvement emotionally and cognitively due to the environmental and activity stimulation. Yes her memory continues to decline but I do believe had she stayed in assisted living she would not be doing nearly as well. In the later part of her stay in assisted living she was becoming more withdrawn, isolated and due to memory loss and safety issues around use of microwave plus general activities of daily living she needed to transition to memory care. She has her own large studio that is modern and very well maintained. She looks forward to the activities and meal times visiting with her friends, getting her hair done and going to church. Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about twelve years ago and I would never have dreamt that she would be doing so very well at this point in her Alzheimer's journey. My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone in Liberty Lane from the housekeepers, ancillary staff that does her laundry , activities team that create fun and new activities week to week, caregivers and skilled nursing staff, and to the transportation team that takes the residence for their joy rides. Everyone plays an equally important role in making a difference in the lives of mom and all the other residence. Really look no further! Lin

I'm Army veteran and the appreciation they show to service is palpable when you go through the door. I never got my Grandfather in but was able to participate in some community events and would move love to move in myself if I was retired. Even though we never moved my grandfather in they were always a great welcoming resource to us.

I have been here for four weeks now. Each of my experience with the staff have been great. They reach out to you to help you find your way. I wanted three things when looking for a place to live after my stroke. I wanted a swimming pool, food and transportation to places. Which they offered all three. Im an independent resident until I need help them I must ask to be moved to another layer for help. They have a group of residents that helps makes decisions. Which one I understands volunteers for. I would recommend people to come evaluate the place for one to live.

A great looking retirement home and assisted living apartments. They offer many great amenities from transportation for the residents daily activities and luxurious apartments. Make this retirement home seem very appealing and a nice place I would seriously consider taking my own parents here when the time comes to start looking into options such as this beautiful establishment.

From the first day that my Mom moved into Patriots Landing I knew that we found her new home. It is a beautiful modern facility but feels like a nice resort. The food is excellent and everyone is upbeat , friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities and the grounds are pretty and well kept.

I love this place ! it's the one of the best retirement facilities . I worked here for about 1 year and a hal but unfortunately had to move due to military. Staff is super nice and kind . Sheryl is the best DON. Def recomend to anyone who is looking for a great place for their loved ones !

My grandmother has lived in this retirement community-apartment-cottages for 6 years now. The property is well maintained. The apartment complex-main facility is well appointed and well staffed. The food served in the dining room goes through its ups and downs, depending on the cooks, Im sure. The quality of the food and the service certainly make a difference in a facility like this...with the amount they charge to live here!! Im not sure how the food is at this time...last year was not good at all!!There is a pool on-site and plenty of daily scheduled activities! Its located right off of I-5 for easy access in Dupont, WA.I would highly recommend this facility...IF you have the budget to live here. Rates are $4000-$5000 per month!!

This place is so incredibly welcoming after having had a loved one cared for in a rehab center in Tacoma that was way below par.. how happy and relieved all of the family is to know that now our precious loved one will be cared for at our standards until he can hopefully come home to us!5 stars isnt even enough for how great Uk we are!!
