Food is edible but not much flavor. Salads consist of lettuce and occassionally will have tomatoes. They have trouble keeping an activities director and have not gone on more than 2 field trips this year. Occasionally will take residents to Walmart. There is not alot going on there to keep residents engaged. Kent Place staffing has been like a revolving door for the last 2 years.

I have been to this facility many times over the last 6 months, watching the morale and cheery staff diminish. There are a few long term staff members that stay for the residents but you can tell they are truly there for the residents. Overhearing yelling, swearing and things from the ED office while walking through the front door is such an off putting experience for this kind of environment. A place that should feel like a home for your loved ones. A place that no longer has joy, activities, or brightness. Now when you walk through the door you just feel tension. I have also tried to get in contact with the nurse, Ryan multiple times and that is like pulling teeth. Rarely in the building and rarely has a straight answer for anything when you do have a chance to speak with him. We are currently looking for other options which makes us sad but for the price you pay, you expect some sort of activity that actually happens, a considerate administration that doesn’t skimp on things and some consistency in caring, reliable staff.

My mother lived at Kent Place for a little over 2 years and we both got to know the staff quite well. Lots of big hearts in the nurse, Ryan, CNAs & med techs, Shaunda, Kaylynn, Johnson (& others too!), Office Manager, Katelyn. Easy to tell they are there because they genuinely care for the residents. The staff shows so much compassion and has a great sense of humor. The building is 1 story and square-shaped so walking on rainy days indoors is easy and impossible to get lost! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for an assisted living residence.

The Halloween Party was so much fun! Alissa and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and welcoming! My son and I had a great time playing games and talking with the staff and residents! Looking forward to next year!

Trustwell is very great assisted living that I would absolutely recommend to anyone over and over again, it’s very much so worth checking out and the staff is absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more impressed nor had a better experience!! Jasmine really stood out to me I think that young lady has a work ethic and personality that is unmatched. Her energy, attitude, and drive to get tasks accomplished is nothing like I’ve seen before or the least to say not seen often in people’s work ethic you can definitely tell when someone wants to work/loves there work and when someone’s just there for a paycheck.

I recently attended an event at the assisted living facility where Skye Stanley works, and I was beyond impressed. From the moment I arrived, Skye was everywhere ” serving guests, helping residents, and making sure everyone was taken care of and happy. You could tell she genuinely cared about everyone’s comfort and experience. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic stood out the entire time. She truly went above and beyond and is without a doubt one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. The event ran smoothly thanks to her dedication and professionalism. Skye is a true asset to her workplace!

I have been dreading this day for a long time. Helping to find an assisted living facility for my parents has always been something I never wanted to do. The day has come and I cannot thank Keeli enough for all she has done for my family. She has been so patient, supportive and just so incredibly kind. She has made my mom & step dad feel very comfortable and actually excited about this new time in their lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thursday Food is edible but not very tasty. Costs are more important than the food quality. Saturday I sat waiting for the lunch 40 minutes. All I received was tomato soup. Frustrated with the lack of service I left dining room. I believe it maybe the complaint is made yesterday that led to this result.

Working with Kent Place to get my loved one moved in was a very good experience! The staff is incredible kind and friendly, I know firsthand that The residence are very happy because I went to breakfast with them the next morning and met quite a few! Keeli went more than above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible! I highly recommend Kent Place for its cleanliness and attentive high staff to resident ratios yet it has a peaceful low key vibe because it is a smaller assisted living home.

I am a resident at Kent Place and I love the security I feel at this community. I love the meals here and the fact that I don't have to cook. The face to face laughing at the tables and shoulder to shoulder conversation is wonderful. The walk around the neighborhood is truly beautiful and very pretty. I also enjoy the piano in the dinning room.

Our mother/mother-in-love really likes Kent Place, everyone is very friendly and goes the extra mile to provide excellent care to the residents. Kent Lace is a very clean and well decorated with all the warm touches of home. They offer a large range of activities to keep everyone active and involved. We were invited to join their Mardi Gras celebration, we had a wonderful time, the food was fantastic and the entertainment was excellent. Thanks to all of the staff for making the transition for mom so welcoming. Blessings!

We have lived at Kent for a few years. We love it here. There are so many fun activities and outings. We enjoy the entertainment also. Our chef does a great job. Always asking us about foods so we get the foods we like. There care staff well all staff are like family. So lucky we came across Kent Place.

The residents are the only thing about this place, they continue to keep employees who shouldn't work in healthcare, employees who are lazy and who shouldn't have a CNA. They have let the same employee continue working here, who's had several reports made on him, has hurt residents and has no consequences. I will never work for a company with such blatant disregard to the residents through employees again.

My girl scout troop went to spend time with the folks living there. Its a clean space, the staff seemed friendly and the residents happy. They also do a social event on Fridays so that's nice.
