It is always a pleasure to work with Cassie, the Social Worker, here at Bellmont Terrace. She is professional, Knowledgeable and helps their residents figure out next steps during an often difficult time.

Kind, attentive nursing and household staff. My mother has had two stays with Belmont and has come out stronger and healthier each time. My mother has low vision so she enjoyed the book club where the chapters were read aloud. Group therapy was engaging and conversational. Which helped her get out and meet people when she went back to her independent senior living. Hope we won't have to go back but we know she will be taken care of.

I recently toured Belmont Terrace for a short-term rehab stay and I was incredibly impressed. I was expecting something along the line of dark and dreary when you think of nursing facilities, but from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The facility was immaculate and smelled fresh as if their doors just opened for the day, I was in there at the end of the working day. I had the pleasure of having Brian Paredes the Admissions Director as my tour guide, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. The rooms were clean, bright and offered a comfortable setting. I also got to see how the staff interacted with the patients with genuine compassion and truly seemed to care about the residents’ well-being. I’m very confident that my loved one will get nothing but the best care here and left there knowing that I’m making the right decision in choosing Belmont Terrace. They made the stressful process of choosing a rehab easy and comfortable as it’s never easy to leave the care of someone you love in someone else’s hands.

My relative is here for long term care, and they are difficult at best. Belmont Terrace is the 4th or 5th place they've been and I have to say they are the best yet. I have no worries about my relatives care, the condition of the facility or the staff. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful, as well as more than patient with the outbursts with my relative. Communications are always prompt if something out of the ordinary occurs, and the support staff, such as social workers, are super helpful. Even though they are sometimes in the crosshairs, they are always professional, great at de-escalating the outbursts and always receptive to ideas or concerns. They're nice people and treat patients well.

My recent visit to the rehabilitation center was an eye-opening and encouraging experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm and supportive ” a place designed to promote both healing and personal growth. The staff were professional yet compassionate, taking time to explain every step of the process and making sure each individual felt respected and understood. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern therapy tools. I especially appreciated the focus on holistic recovery ” combining physical therapy, counseling, and group activities that encourage emotional wellbeing. What stood out most was the sense of community. Everyone, from patients to staff, seemed to share a commitment to progress and mutual support. It was inspiring to see people not only receiving care but also regaining confidence in themselves. Overall, my visit left me with a deep respect for the work being done there. The rehab center is not just a place for recovery ” it’s a space for transformation and hope.

The other day, I had the opportunity to meet Jake and taste the food that he and his kitchen staff were providing for their clients, and I was truly impressed. The food was tasty. Jake was professional, kind, generous, and friendly. I believe he truly cares about the folks he serves. I just wanted to say that because so often people are quick to give negative reviews and forget to give a review when it's a positive experience especially when no one was looking. And yeah, I did not expect to have such a pleasant interaction, nor was I looking for any kind of interaction. I was just happy to have a really good morning breakfast burrito and thrilled to see somebody so community-minded and kind. Kudos to you at Belmont for hiring this guy, I hope you know what you have.

This place has really been turning things around in the last few months with a noticeable difference. They are under new management with a new leadership team who have been striving to do better. They have been making renovations like new flooring in the halls and cleaning out the outdated equipment. I would highly recommend scheduling a tour and seeing the changes they have made.
