I've worked here for a little over a year and love being a part of the North Creek family. The staff and residents have become family to me. I've even developed wonderful relationships with the families to many of the residents. Everyone truly cares about one another; and the environment is warm and welcoming!

I have been a resident since 10, 27, 18. I moved in and found the staff to be open and friendly. I have had a lot of fun getting to know the residents. An open mind and a willingness to make this place my new home and the residents as my new family members has been great fun and very beneficial to me. The Directors and Managers all care about us all here and make each day better and better. I love being able to be a part of the future of this place.Thanks to all for a bright future!!

The staff here are amazing and take great care of the residents. The community is beautiful as well. The company seems to invest a lot of time and money in making sure the residents here have a grand place to retire. I appreciate the experiences I have had with the staff so far. Due to family illness I had to retire from Bonaventure Senior Living last May. Because I had to relocate to another state I am unable to continue working for a company that puts their residence first. I know no other senior care company where any employee can pick up the phone and call the COO and have a chat with her and in the end of that call have the CEO thank you for calling her and to do so at any time if she can help in any way; amazing! North Creek has an amazing team the residents are absolutely fantastic. I found their warmth was extended to any new resident or staff member. Bonaventure offers a great activity calendar wonderful Dining Services and a beautiful home for each and every resident. I encourage you to visit North Creek have at least one lunch, talk with the executive director and talk to the residents while youre having lunch. I think youll find that residences, as a whole, feel safe and secure at North Creek and enjoy each and every day participating in many of the events and activities with the new friends they have made at North Creek!

Every single time I visit my relative at this facility, I am amazed. Beautiful inside and out, nice staff, good food, and always having LOTS of fun. My relative is super happy with the care theyre getting.

I have worked here for nearly six months now, and I truly feel as if I am apart of this family. The staff are not only caring of their job an the residents but dedicated to do a job that goes above average. The front office staff are willing to put in as much work as they need in order to make sure things are the right way and residents and their families feel heard and have their needs met. I would and do recommend this location to anyone looking for work or to have a family member find new living accommodations.

My first impression of this place was that the executive director was friendly and gracious and made me feel at home as well as the other staff. While touring around, I noticed that the residents were happy. It is definitely a place for a loved one where care and their well being is the priority

We have been so fortunate to find North Creek by Bonaventure Bothell in our time of need. We visited nearly every Sr Assisted Living Care facility with memory care within a 25 mile radios and from the very start North Creek stood out and set the bar for what we were looking for. I can tell you that without a doubt, this was one of the nicest facilities, but more than that, the residents and the staff all looked you in the eye and were bright eyed and full of life and spirit. How often do you see this at a Sr. Living facility. I am 100% certain that this all flows down from the amazing executive director of the facility- Jessica Lane. Jessica has to be one of the most caring and loving people I have ever met. She immediately made us feel like family and valued us, understood us, and helped us through an incredibly difficult time. I personally would not have made it through this search and move without her. Everything at North Creek is full of life and vitality thanks to Jessica. We are blessed to be able to move my father here and that they had an opening. If you need a place for a Sr loved one.... you could not do any better than North Creek by Bonaventure. You owe it to yourself and to your loved one to check this place out. 5 stars all the way from the first moment!

My daughter and I toured several places. I got to a point I didnt want to see any more. I was unhappy with what I saw. Places were putting on a show to get people to move in. Then they would call and be pushy to find out When are you moving in? And we hadnt made a decision.My daughter toured North Creek and when she was done she called me. Mom, I think I found the place for you. I was wary when setting up the tour and going into North Creek. We came in the door and I was sold. The atmosphere of the building was so positive and comfortable. I whispered to my daughter as we got into the elevator and I hadnt seen my room, I think this is home.The managers were straight forward and toured us through the building. When I came in the staff embraced me and I felt welcome. They made me feel as though any needs I have they would address and four months later they have kept to their word. They are real and not phony. I love the smiles and hugs from the staff. The staff cares about me and anything I have going on. We made the right choice moving into North Creek. I love North Creek.Now I am involved in helping make a difference at North Creek being involved, my opinions are listened to. Residents are neighbors and friends. What I saw the day I moved in is the same as what we have today. They mean what they say. You see the real deal. I really do love my home at North Creek! Judy N.

I have a friend that lives here at this community. I have made several visits up here to see him. Each time I come I am greeted with a smile and the staff are always pleasant. I look forward to my visits as I am treated so well. I can only imagine that if I am treated that well, that all the residents are treated that way plus some.

My aunt has been in 3 Retirement Communities since November 2016. I looked at MANY! #1 place was temporarily, while we got her moved from Idaho, and her strength back.#2 was supposed to be IT! What she wanted, a home of her own (and believe me it was gorgeous) But.... She became a recluse, and hardly any activities. Meals you only had 2 main to choose from, and some staff never mingled with the residents.North Creek wasnt on my list (by mileage, it was just outside the range). I got a call from Assistant Director, and we talked. He wanted me to just come by for a free lunch and look around. Glad I did. Prices were actually less expensive than most, but that is not why I chose it. North Creek had the most to offer. It has independent living, assisted living, and Memory Care. They thought of everything when creating the community.My aunt complained constantly about #2s food, that she never got enough. Now she says, North Creek has too much food. Lol We are educating her on the process.Ive not found a community EXCEPT North Creek that has food available from 7am - 7pm. All the others have set times 7:30-9am bf, 11:30-1pm lunch, 4:30-6 dinner. At North Creek they have those same hours for specials, but you can have anything else on the menu anytime between 7-7. Shelia is a master chef, and so outgoing and friendly; she WANTS the residents to love what they eat.Each community has a community fee you pay when you go there, it pays for maintenance of the facility. At North Creek, if you were to leave, and come back yrs later, you dont have to replay the fee, it truly is a one time fee!If youve looked around, you will know that meals, cable, heat, electricity, wifi is included. However telephone is NOT. That is not the case with North Creek, you are given a telephone number, and what is even better... You dont get solicitor calls, AND your number is not listed in any directory. Awesome!ons of activities, great staff, house keeping comes once a week, on day YOU choose. Not only do they change your bedding weekly, but based on the manufacturer instructions, they turn your mattress also! I could go on....... PLEASE take a tour, and ask the residents how they like it. I am very pleased, and my aunt is settling in very nicely.
