A special thank you to the dedicated marketing team at Aegis Overlake. Last evening, I visited the community well after normal business hours with a close friend who is considering a move there. I just wanted to have a visual of the location and the lobby, in an effort to be supportive to my friend, as she makes this very important decision in her life. To my surprise, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge, who promptly called Erin Heily in the marketing departing. Even though it was very late, Erin went above and beyond in providing a full tour, including apartments and every part of the community. Erin’s kind compassionate nature went a long way in assuring my friend that this community will be a place where she can be happy. Erin also phoned Marissa Scott (after work hours) , who had provided a full tour to my friend the day before our visit. The two communicated on all details of my friend’s needs and desires so that they could best help her with her decision making. The community is really lovely and the residents looked very happy, enjoying the common areas throughout the building. If you are considering a move to assisted living or memory care, you must visit this community.

The care staff are reliable and treat my mom with respect which the prior community she lived at did not do. They work hard to engage the residence in activities and have a wide range of things to do to appeal to all types of interests. The food is healthy and tastes good!

We are very happy with our decision to move into Aegis Overlake on May 1. The facility is new and vibrant. The staff is not only outstanding and the quality of care very good, but the feeling of community is also strong and welcoming. If you are not comfortable or unable to continue living independently, we highly recommend Aegis Living Overlake.

Hands down the most beautiful building. The staff is amazing. The best care, safety and happiness of residents is clearly their goal. I only wish we could have taken advantage of Life’s Neighborhood sooner. Thank you Alice and all your wonderful staff for everything!
