I have spent the last 10 days visiting my mom, Kay Reissig, in memory care. Goga and Sam are amazing at getting the residents involved in both physical and cognitive stimulating activities. They are patient and caring, which helps create a loving and trusting environment . Without them and their dedication, memory care would not be the same. The staff here have been incredible - from being welcomed to this facility with open arms, to the amazing care staff not only providing personalized care but genuinely caring about the resident. Not only is the staff wonderful, the building is BEAUTIFUL. Everyone here is so kind, and truly making a difference. The new management has exponentially improved the culture at this building. Heather, Ciarra, and Veronica have all been outstanding leaders and willing to help whenever needed. All three of them are so kind, and genuinely compassionate about providing top quality care for their residents. Celia is also another one I would like to thank - a wonderful person and addition to Fieldstone. Truly a person who brings vibrancy, life, and compassion. Thank you all at Fieldstone for all you do!

An Actual Breadstick

This building is wonderful. I actually use to work here back when it was Messenger House. I was the last and final Life Enrichment Director at the facility before it closed down. Lots of good memories were made there. It has sense reopened as Fieldstone and it is better than it has ever been. I had the opportunity to tour the newly renovated memory care building just prior to its opening. They've breathed new life into it. The company it's self has gone on to provide a caring, vibrant, and loving community for individuals in need of memory care. From everything I've heard, management is excellent, supportive of staff, and the quality of care in unmatched. Its a pleasure to see Fieldstone Communities doing wonderful things for the island.

Thanks to all of the Fieldstone caregivers at Bainbridge Island Memory Care . My husband was treated with loving kindness as we were as a family. I call these folks our angels. I loved being able to visit as often as I could and always was greeted with a friendly, upbeat welcome. My husband passed away on October 14, 2023 and the Fieldstone med- techs and caregivers plus multi care Hospice created a gentle, peaceful environment for our whole family. Thanks also to Molly at the front desk for being so welcoming.

I can't recommend this place enough! The staff and administration was considerate and quick placing my grandfather in on a short notice. The location is also perfect, not far from my home in Seattle and close enough to his community near Port Angeles. Sending a loved one here is an easy choice.

Grateful is an understatement!! Fieldstone of Bainbridge Island went above and beyond for my family. When my loved one needed emergency placement, the Bainbridge team assisted us on a weekend with admitting him to their beautiful community. Within hours they had a comfortable suite for my family member and attentive staff assisting with the transition. So thankful for the communication, and guidance we received from Fieldstone. Highly recommend!

Fieldstone of Bainbridge is a beautiful facility. It is extremely well maintained and clean and the grounds are spacious and safe. More important though are the staff who are all caring, attentive, and respectful to residents and their families. I moved my mom from a Bothell community to Fieldstone Memory Care on Bainbridge Island the first week they opened. She has been there about 6 weeks now and I've gotten to know the staff, all of which are so very caring and well trained individuals! I love the fact that the facility is all one level (no stairs or elevators) with a beautiful and safe courtyard available to the residences at anytime during the day. It's new, clean and offers lots of activities to help keep the residences happy. My mom adjusted easily and seems to be very content and happy here. I just really can't say enough about this place, I love it!

We moved our dad into Fieldstone on Bainbridge Island last week. Our experience has been absolutely fantastic! Dad is engaging socially and with lots of activities--I haven't seen him so relaxed and smiling in a long time. The day after his move he declared, "I just love my new space". He keeps commenting on how friendly people are. The staff have indeed been caring, friendly and helpful. We also love the beautiful setting.

In December I moved my good friend from a memory care facility in Bothell to Fieldstone of Bainbridge Island. I have been extremely happy with the care and kindness shown to my friend as well as the excellent communication the staff has had with me about her care and her needs. Those things alone would have justified the move but, in addition, the building itself and the beautiful and safe outdoor area are a big plus. Also, I want to mention how incredibly helpful the staff was in helping me get her moved in and set up in her room. When I moved her into her first memory care facility I did not get anywhere near the help that Fieldstone offered. I'm very grateful to Fieldstone.

My family just moved our mom into fieldstone Bainbridge memory care this week and I am filled with deep gratitude for the attention, care and sense of belonging we already have there. In the past few days I have had more moments of connection & joy with my mom and communication with her care givers than in the past few years (thanks in part to pandemic lockdown) at her memory care in Seattle. Alzheimer's is an unrelenting disease, yet can be made better with community. It's a big exhale knowing she is safe, well cared for, living in nature and just a dog walk away from my home now—close enough to pop in to kiss her goodnight.

I'm a geriatric care manager who has experience with assisting clients living both at home and in varying degrees of assisted living and memory care. The set-up at Fieldstone is dreamy and the staff and caregiving team are amazing ! They are all attentive, kind, patient, and provide person-centered care. The level of care provided to those most vulnerable is impressive, communication with outside parties is effective, and I highly recommend it. I can't wait to see their assisted and independent living extension.

Fieldstone at Bainbridge has made such a difference for us. We first moved my spouse, Mike, into his room on a respite-care basis for two weeks, and in that time, all my hesitation at letting him leave home slowly but steadily disappeared. Over the past seven months, the increase in residents and growth in staffing have been measured and comfortable. We've gotten to know Fieldstone, and we feel that they understand Mike. The staff are caring, happy and fun, and responsive to residents' needs. We always feel welcomed, and appreciate the cheery hellos, the sunny gardens, and thoughtful set-up of the wide open but comfortable facility. The design of the facility allows for easy interaction among residents, and for staff with residents, yet offers quiet spots for those who need that. We slowly made Mike's room into his new home. He has a big window looking out to the easily accessed but secure garden. (That freedom of access is one reason we became interested in Fieldstone.) It is one of our favorite spots for family visits and daily walks. There are so many positives: the kitchen staff is truly talented - not only do they individualize Mike's need for tasty bite size servings, but they are super creative when it comes to festive occasions. We love seeing the variety of activities that work so well for dementia patients. The care-giving and nursing staff catch changes in Mike's needs and alert us. They also are great at communicating with our doctor when needed. We are quite grateful for what Fieldstone on Bainbridge has created.
