This community looks fabulous after a recent renovation. The leadership team plans really fun events for not just the residents lucky enough to live here but also for the greater Auburn Community. Nestled back away from the road the landscape is very serene and inviting. They recently hosted a large Senior Living Networking breakfast for the first time and knocked it out of the park!

It became clear that my mom was not going to be able to continue live with us and would need to move to assisted living. We had a personal referral to Auburn Meadows. Chantel Sundt was our first contact and walked us through the process. This was a huge life event for our family. Chantel was amazing. The entire staff took excellent care of my mom until here passing. Highly recommend Auburn Meadows.

As a local area firefighter and fire officer for over 30 years, I have responded to many of the assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care and nursing care facilities all over South King County. During those visits to these types of facilities, I had a first hand view of both patient care, life style, cleanliness and staff responses to emergency situations. Given those experiences, I am truly qualified to compare the Prestige at Auburn Meadows to all of them. Auburn Meadows above all, has the cleanest, most professional and nurturing environment I've seen. The care that they give to both my mom and dad with their many medical issues is above and beyond, especially as they transition in their decline from dementia. I give them an A++ in how they follow doctors orders while dispensing care and medications throughout their documented plans of care. The dining hall and it's staff are fabulous! The food is raved about and is often brought to their apartment when needed. I've been fortunate to work with Prestige Auburn Meadows over the past year, and they are exceptional all around. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it's clear they truly care about their residents. They place strong emphasis on residents’ health and well-being while also offering fun activities and events that keep everyone engaged and enjoying themselves. I would highly reccomend this community to anyone looking for an Assisted Living Facility!

We transferred mom to memory care (Expressions) from her temporary facility it was a rough transfer. We had some ups and downs for sure. But, Sandy, Chantel and Anna and all the staff have made it much easier and calm. Mom is setting in and loves Joe. We have seen more smiles here than when she was home. So this was the right place for her even with the issues we had in the beginning.

My mother moved into assisted living about 2 years ago with some memory problems. She was given all the help she needed plus some extra help with her small dog. All the meals I saw looked very good with a lot of verity and deserts. As her memory got worse she needed to move into their memory care unit where they have extra staff. We visit weekly and she is get good care. The staff is helpful when I ask questions. We appreciate their work.

When my mother needed assisted-living I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. A referral from "A Place for Mom" to Prestige at Auburn Meadows was the start of our journey, and the beginning of my relationship with the leadership and staff. My mother instantly fell in love with the facility and residents. She was very happy there. She was rarely in her room and was always out and about the facility "hanging out" with the other residents. She made so many friends, both residents and staff -- it was a wonderful time for her. Then came the pandemic... The staff at Auburn Meadows worked very hard to navigate the fluid situation caused by the pandemic, and provided great care and comfort for my mother. The director kept us informed of the situation within the facility every week via email. Not being able to see my mother for more than year was hard -- especially for her... It was during this time that she and her immediate care givers became very close. My mother, of course, had health issues and the staff literally saved her life on more than one occasion, by quickly identifying her distress and getting her to the hospital. Then came hospice... I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they gave my mother during this very difficult time. Every day, for months, they provided a level of care that was above and beyond any expectation of a mere assisted living facility. I was in her room every day and I saw the quality of physical, and comfort care, the staff provided. I also got to see how much affection many of the staff members had for my mother. Because of the staff at Auburn Meadows my mother got to spend her last days in her home, surrounded by her friends. To the staff and leadership of Auburn Meadows my sincerest and heartfelt thank you for all that you did for my mother, and for my family.

I have to say that after being gone from here for over three years that it has changed 100% for the good. We came in and met with the director and her wonderful staff and they all worked hard to get us moved in in less than two weeks. They have worked hard to remodel the interior and still conduct business as usual. I can't say enough about the directors, nurses and the entire staff. My wife and I can't thank everyone enough for getting us settled in. I will be up dating this in a few months.

My Mom has been a resident here for almost four years. My sister and I were so happy when we found Auburn Meadows because Mom had a dog and Charlie could stay with her. My Mom is 92 years old and she still gets around on her own and loves to walk the beautiful grounds. The staff and caregivers are all awesome and they go out of their way to help my Mom. She lost Charlie a couple of months ago and they went above and beyond to help her when we could not be there. I feel very comfortable with the help I get in the care my Mom is getting. I visit weekly and they are always warm and friendly. They know every residents name and treat them like family. My sister and I feel truly blessed that we found Auburn Meadows for our Mom. Thank you Auburn Meadows for all that you do!! You are all my Heroes!!

This is assisted living and not total care. There is a dimentia wing but not recommended. Good realistic housing. You wont be overwhelmed with choices on the menu and you won't be pampered but if you need a little help with chores or someone to keep an eye on you because you are forgetful the staff and community are good people if not a little opinionated. The building needs some maintenance that corporate is taking their sweet time on but everything works. If you have medicaide only then you might be better off somewhere else. Since there were more views than i thought i updated.

We had to move our Mom here after a series of falls and was unable to care for herself anymore. The staff was very helpful in walking us through the process, although we had only a few days to make it happen...and the week before Christmas! They explained everything to us, got the required prescreening and medical assessment done right away. Mom was very happy here. Pre-Covid there were plenty of activities, on and and off campus. Always a trip to the grocery store or dollar store once a week. Always another off site option every week. The bus was also available for doctor appointments two days a week. Lots of activities on site as well. They are very good at celebrating the holidays with activities and decorations. The food options were sufficient, and always accommodating to individual schedules. Although my Mom did complain about too much chicken. Lol. The care team was amazing! They treated Mom like family and were always willing to go above and beyond for her. During Covid restriction, it is a challenge, and although they stumbled a bit at the onset (I think all facilities did) they are determined to keep our loved ones healthy and safe. They are trying to make the most of this and I have no doubt that when this is all over, they will be back to the vibrant and engaging community that my Mom loved! I would recommend Auburn Meadows to anyone looking for a great place for a loved one.

Great staff that cares for your loved ones and a beautiful building tucked away from the noise of the big city. Very quite and peaceful. A+++. Must stop and check it out.I have to Update this as this building has gone thru a management change which has lower my rating as this company has fallen from grace. They have switched from being focused on profit instead of resident care.

My father was taken for literally everything he owned ,(3 cars, his house) by my step family after my step mother passed away about a year ago. He was abandoned at an emergency room 3 hours away from me and im low income and no car. We placed him for 30 days in a residential facility where there was zero tolerance for alcohol and tobacco products. I went on a bus to bring him to my home. (2 bedroom,ow income housing with his 2 dogs, my dog and now 4 adults. I found Prestige and our prayers were answered. We quickly placed the $500 deposit to hold it while we arranged to go get furniture and dogs from Moses lake after renting a u haul & hiring help & we were given the keys to move in after also taking the dogs for check uos & obtain clean bills of health for them both ($$). We moved in his things. Last step was to meet with the nurse. The regional nurse has decided that they will likely not accept him now due to a ?? regarding alcohol that he answered that led them to believe he was drinking even with written testimony he's been sober over 60 days and hasn't even asked for any and I addressed it on the very day we took a tour as I was worried about their once a week, 1 hour happy hour but Stacy assured me he'd either not be served or given non alcoholic beverages. Move in day came last sat for him. He was so excited to finally have a place to call his own and LIVE, not just EXIST. We are now waiting for my dad's Dr to send in a fax and this is our last small chance as im being given names of other people who help find places for elderly. We had the money all worked out because of a move in special they are offering now & im told it's unlikely we'll find an affordable place with 2 dogs. I'd like to ask for some prayers for my dad, Don. He's a Vietnam vet who's retired from the Seattle public school district after 25 years of working. He's got the biggest, softest heart. Everything is riding on this last string of dental floss sized hope so if u are reading this, please say a prayer for him. For all of us. God bless and im im s prestige in Auburn Meadows will make the choice to accept my dad because he truly deserves to be there in that beautiful atmosphere and amongst happy faces of his peers. If anyone has ANYTHING, ANY SUGGESTIONS, ANY ideas of how to help them see how he's a great guy who USED to have a problem but now has dimentia, a colostomy bag from rectal cancer he beat and incontinence. He deserves proper care. PLEASE?? ?
