Fields was an extraordinary home for our mother of 86 years old. The moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed. We looked at other Senior Living homes but they never felt quite right. At Fields it was clean, has accessibility and safety, an activity bus for outings, resident activities and games, tremendous food by chef Amy, beautiful decor, lighting, music, inviting fragrance, and most importantly the loving staff members who we trusted to make a genuine connection with our mother, engage her, and have her best interest at heart. Our mother loved her apartment that provided her with just enough space to make it her own and be independent. It takes great leadership and relationships to run such a large facility with efficiency, respectfulness, patience, trust, responsibility, integrity, thoughtfulness, and care. Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point did all of this and so much more.

I went with a friend to set up and share his passion of collecting rocks, petrified wood and fossils. After unloading and going to the second floor we unloaded the suit cases onto the tables. The activity coordinator had set them up for us and covered them with black tablecloths. (Next time I am bringing a different color tablecloth. Some cheerful color. They will be inexpensive because I will get them from the dollar. 25 tree! At least they won't be black.) The rock show was from 1pm-4pm. Many people came to see his collection. Some were workers on lunch and others were guests visiting their relatives. Rocks sure start conversations! I didn't hear from anyone without their own rock story! One lady came back and showed off some of her collection she brought with her when she moved in. Glad everyone's spirits were lifted! We hope to go back another day when I am able to safely display my own collection. I have more bling than Mr. Well's does. Quite a bit more bling. Wearable bling.

This is a wonderful Assisted Senior Living and Memory Care Community. The amount of time, thought and dedication that has gone into this place, is incredible. The minute you walk in the door you're taken aback by the beauty of this place! The staff is so nice, dedicated, respectful and make you feel right at home. I am excited and happy everyday I get to walk through those doors, greeted by lovely staff and happy residents! I highly recommend coming in and seeing what this amazing facility has to offer!

I have only been working here for a month and it has been amazing everyone is so warm and kind management is professional and treats everyone the same. The building is clean and inviting. I have never worked for such an awesome company. From the first time I walked in I felt welcomed and felt like I belonged. I have worked for other companies and never felt the way I do here.

Fields Senior living is not only aesthetically beautiful but the staff have beautiful hearts. This is evident when you first enter the community. Concierge welcomes you with a warm smile and all employees are inviting and helpful. I have the privilege to work closely with the residents and family on a daily basis as the Director of Resident Services. If I could give more than five stars I would give this senior living a 10 star review. I volunteered in this senior living about 6 months ago and I loved it there. The staff were so friendly, the environment was always positive and the residents were always so kind. I would 100% recommend my grandparents to live here!

I have been working at fields senior living for two months now and it's been an amazing experience from housekeeping all the way up to the owners every single person is welcoming and bright! I work in reception mostly Alderbrook our memory care community, and walking through the building am always greeted with warm hellos and smiles from coworkers and residents. Working in this community has completely changed my view on senior living for the better 10 out of 10 would recommend to my family members and anyone who is looking!

The staff is great. The reason for the poor review is the food is horrendous. The people living there can not stand it. More food goes in the garbage than what is eaten. Bland taste. Rice and noodles half cooked... Very poor menu.

Wow!! What a beautiful place to live. To be greeted by warm smile's when you arrive then offered a beverage to take on tour. Just the entrance alone tells you your in for something special. The rooms and views are great and your close to restaurants stores and the bus. Can't wait for my turn to move in.

Mom and dad are currently living in a senior community but when we toured here, we made the decision to move. Caryn and Michelle were helpful and accommodating to my parents, showing respect and care which is really what living there is about. The new building is a plus, but services and a 24hr nurse will be available which supports them will be great. Speaking with the chef, he seems excited which is a good sign. Happy employees will make for happy residents!
