As coming into the work industry 5 months pregnant , I wouldn’t necessarily think anyone would want to hire myself due to maternity leave in the summer, TLC took me in under their wings and I’ve been working for them for a year! The nursing staff is very helpful. Especially the nurse case manager , Nancy; As well as Lauren is the absolute best help and very easy to communicate with . TLC. Will help you create a Schedule that will best benefit you, update schedules as quick as possible, and lovely clients who make you happy and whole at the end of the day.

I was asked to write this review by the management of TLC. I live in Costa Rica and my parents are in Vermont. I am writing this review on all three of their pages as I am not sure which one is accurate. I am so grateful for the help and support provided by TLC HomeCare during my Moms trip to the ER on Wednesday night. After a very difficult 6 months, I was excited to be on my way to the Boston airport returning home to Costa RIca. I then received a call from The Residence that they were sending Mom to the ER in an ambulance after a fall. My excitement quickly vanished and I considered all my options. Given the great support last time in the ER, I contacted TLC HomeCare. TLCs scheduled Sharon, who Mom is now very attached to, was at the UVMMC ER in no time. She stayed with Mom until her return to The Residence at midnight. Given Moms dementia, having someone there I believe was critical. I was so relieved and thankful for this option. I was able to get on the plane and Mom seemed fine when I spoke with her via video phone yesterday:). I am grateful to all that made this happen at a time Me and Mom really needed it. You folks are really living up to the TLC name. Many thanks!

I want to thank you for all your kindness and help in providing care for my father for the past 9 months. So many of the caregivers gave so much of themselves and were so compassionate and became such an important part of our lives. If there is a formal process in which I can give some formal feedback regarding the caregivers, Id love to do so.
