Responsive staff, friendly residents, comfortable apartments, and a beautifully pastoral location with easy access to the outdoors make Brookdale Fillmore Pond a wonderful living situation for my father.

Fillmore Pond is a wonderful assisted living (and more) facility! Our mother was a resident there during 2015 and early 2016 when she passed away. We visited Fillmore Pond and thought it would be a great home for her with her need for more care and assistance. She had a very nicely appointed apartment with beautiful views. The care was superb - all of the staff was professional, honest, caring and personable. This was the most important aspect we feel. She always had people to have meals with, the dining room staff was so friendly and they had a varied menu with something for all palates. Medical care was fine...attentive to needs and medical management was excellent with coordination with doctors and medication. Staff encouraged involvement and really worked to make sure she was engaged. They had a variety of activities - games, music, exercise, crafts etc. Field trips were offered to those able. Always decorations and special things for the holidays. We visited frequently and the property was always inviting. We had many enjoyable meals with Marie. Nice common areas and grounds. All in all -highly recommended.

Brookdale is a wonderful place to live! Caring staff..always wanting to please and meet Residents needs! Meals are absolutely delicious! Many activities for all levels of abilities. Apartments are quiet and easy to furnish! I cannot praise the staff and Brookdale in total enough!!!

I would actually like to rave about your Staff at Emeritis. One person in particular is Jennifer Hill. She is one of the most caring individuals I've ever met in this field. It isn't about the money or getting the beds filled, it's about the patient, the residents! Jennifer and I have been talking for at least a year about the future needs of my dad and she went out of her way to meet him, take him food and provide him with an invite to come to Fillmore Pond to see what activities there were. This got my dad out to meet people and when we finally sold his home was able to become a resident. The change in my dad is phenomenal! He is happy, loves the food, the staff and Jennifer's open door policy has allowed him to talk to her about anything. She makes him feel welcome and his self-worth has skyrocketed. She motivates him to do things previously he would claim he couldn't do when it came to his personal and financial needs. Jennifer also got me In touch with Eldercare and their help with dads veterans benefits has been tremendous. I want to thank your company for making sure the quality of your staff is so high because that equates to happy residents and their families. Thank you for Jennifer Hill.
