My godmother has been here for two years and I’ve gotten to know the Memory Care staff well because I’m there several times a week. Like most such facilities, there is a shortage of staff at times. But several people, like Shawnie Brown, have stood strong and provide continuous quality care over the long haul. My “dream team” is CeCe (med tech), Clarissa and Tiana. They are wonder women who know their stuff! Watching them work like witnessing an orchestra.. They are compassionate, caring and professional. Mad props also to Barbara and Marie on the concierge team, who always greet me warmly and inquire about my well being. I appreciate the management team, especially Alethea, Michelle and Carrie, for responding to my calls and inquiries promptly. I’m pleased with the care and attention my godmother has received.

We moved my grandparents in here this past winter from another local senior living home. Commonwealth takes the cake! This facility is nice and bright, very clean, and just an upbeat place- making my grandparents happier. Their apartment is a 2 bedroom- its very large and roomy, and bright. They seem to have a neighborhood committee of sorts, which has made making friends for them much easier. Now they actually get out of the apartment and go to events. We have been very happy with this facility.
