From the moment I walked into White Springs Senior Living, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer Roman was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire visit. Her passion for helping families and seniors was evident in every conversation we had. White Springs is great, always clean wonderful staff, and the cottage is AMAZING! Jessica who runs the cottage is absolutely a wonderful nurse she is ON IT when it comes to that unit! The staff is always on it as well not much goes unseen by them. As someone who’s done this line of work for years I recommend them to everyone Vs other places locally! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about White Springs. The facility is always impeccably clean, and the administration is highly responsive whenever theres any questions. With every visit, the team at White Springs welcomed my parents and I to explore and learn more. Our daughter and I toured this beautiful facility as a possible "home" for my mother. Cindy took us on a wonderful tour and provided useful and needed information and answered all our questions and concerns. What a beautiful place. Every detail is met by an amazing staff and wonderful people. It is beautiful and located in a special place in the town of Warrenton. Residents are able to see the beautiful horses competing each year right in front of White Springs! White Springs is inviting, warm, and elegant. I’m a daughter of a resident at White Springs. Mom believed that White Springs would provide a safe, clean, & happy environment. She was unable to manage a large house & yard & was ready to move to a community. Mom has been a resident for a year now. She is happy with White Springs. When able mom participates in activities she didn’t have many social activities at home. The move has brought peace of mind to the family. We know she is safe & well looked after. If weather is bad & family is unable to visit we know she is surrounded by friends & attentive staff. White Springs has been a positive experience.

White Springs is not only a beautiful facility but the level of care is wonderful. All of the staff are attentive and genuinely care about their residents. The Director Qudsia, Cindy the Director of Marketing and Dawn the head nurse are all very understanding, responsive and helpful. My Dad is fairly new to the community and they have been so welcoming and attentive to any needs he may have in order to make this transition as easy as possible for us all.

Dawn Shears is a great asset to White Springs. She is a caring nurse and director that does everything to assist in the health and care of my father. Her attentiveness to my concerns provides me great relief knowing that my elderly father is well taken care of in the memory care unit of the facility. She is the BEST! Stacey Samuels is new to the community, but has already set the pace for excellence in service and attentiveness. She is very caring and takes the time to listen to my father. I really appreciate her emails updating me about my father and what is happening in the memory care unit. Sandra Sroka is the best! She is so warm and friendly. She always asks how things are and takes care of all my requests. With these employees White Springs is definitely the place my father needs to be.

Visited my friend who recently moved in to this beautiful community and 5 stars is not enough. Homelike environment, genuinely friendly staff, making me feel warmly welcomed. Every employee knew all of the residents names. The supervisor spoke to every person she passed, and stopped to meet me and help me find the elevator. My friend says she is very well taken care of, and she enjoys the wine tasting and the food. I felt good that they screen you when you enter so not to bring the virus in, keeps my friend safe. I can’t wait to visit again in the coming weeks!

The staff at White Springs is very caring and dedicated. Cindy is a rock star. The front-desk team--Sandy is usually there when I visit--is always welcoming and warm. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond, especially Josh--another stellar asset to the team and residents. There are many more behind the scenes and/or that deserve recognition as well for all that they do, day in and day out. They help make what can be a challenging time in a family's life easier, and they are appreciated.

I want to express my gratitude to Cindy Murphy and her team for the exceptional kindness, compassion, and effort that is given to my parents, living at White Springs Assisted Living, on a daily basis. From the first meeting with Cindy, we knew they would be in great hands. To help with our schedules, Cindy came in to meet with us on her day off, and she went above and beyond by going directly to Mom’s doctor’s office to get her medical records so she could make the move-in deadline. Mom tells me how happy the staff is to be working there. Everyone is cheerful, helpful, and respectful which I believe is so important for elderly people. There are even a few employees I think they’d like to adopt ™. My parents and I both agree that they are safer and happier at WS, with 3 meals in the dining room and daily activities to choose from. My mother recently returned to White Springs after a three week stay in a rehab facility. She was so happy to be home to her apartment, and she couldn’t have been greeted any more lovingly by the staff there. She actually cried when she saw her favorite employee, Dimple. Our family feels so blessed and relieved to have her in a safe place where she is cared for by such an incredibly kind staff.

My Father was a resident at White Springs for over 5 months. From the very start he was able to have more personal freedom then he had at home. He was able to socialize with people his own age and everyone really made him feel at home. He loved the activities and crafts and he looked forward to every meal. Staff worked with us to make visits as easy as possible during the pandemic and really made us feel he was being taken care of when we couldn’t be there. My mother has been a resident at White Springs since the very beginning of it's opening. Cindy was the first person we met and helped us every step of the way as the building was completed and initial decisions needed to be made. Before the move in day Abbie became our go to person for everything involving my mother's upcoming personal care. She quickly became one of my mother's favorite people there at WS. Abbie does an excellent job of planning the activities and outings and making sure that the needs of the residents are being met. She has been a wonderful support to our mother as she adjusts to this new change in her life. She has also been a great support to our family as we too adjust to these new changes.

I toured this community last week for my Father. I was impressed with the Memory Care suites. The suites are spacious , bright and inviting. I look forward to transitioning my Father to White Springs. I feel confident that he will be set up for success as he is able to make independent choices in a comforting and secure environment. I toured this new facility in Warrenton, VA with my wife and mother-in- law last week. All I can say is WOW! The interior of the facility is AMAZING and feels like you are stepping inside of a Country Club. The exterior offers beautiful wooded views as well as views of the Horse and Pony Show. It is conveniently located in the town of Warrenton next to the American Legion. Cindy Murphy, Director of Marketing and Sales, was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and displayed a very caring attitude answering all of my many questions. I cannot wait for this beautiful community to open.

The management team at White Springs Senior Living really cares about their residents and considers them part of a family. The facility is on par with any luxury resort. We have gladly made a deposit for our loved one and are excited and confident for them to make the transition and as management at White Springs continually says . . . We started exploring the idea of moving our mother, recently diagnosed with dementia, into a facility back in January. We visited 2 in the area and then came upon White Springs. We set up an appointment with Cindy and Jamie at their temporary office. They were amazing. Made you feel so comfortable and at home. Explained everything completely and answered every question. We have attended a couple of events they have held as well. Always beautiful and informative. Although the facility isn't quite move in ready, we can see the attention to every detail coming together needed for a place of this caliber. It will be absolutely gorgeous. We are so excited for our mother to start her new journey in a brand new, well equipped and well-staffed facility where she will be taken care of physically, emotionally and even nutritionally. You can't find better people than Cindy and Jamie to make sure your precious family member is taken care of safely.

I recently went on a tour of this facility. It’s nearing completion and what’s finished so far is gorgeous - it immediately felt like home when I stepped inside. The planning of this building was well thought out with the future residents in mind. There is also a fantastic management team in place that is there to serve the residents and their families. I would not hesitate to send a loved one of mine to this senior living community in the future.

I had the privilege to tour White Springs a week or so ago as the Community continues to be finalized. I found the community to be nestled beautifully in Fauquier County. The Community on the inside was well planned on behalf of those residents who will be residing there in their new Home. The placement of common areas, the large floor plans of apartments, the structural set up of each apartment, the spacious private dining room, the multiple life enrichment areas, the welcoming nursing stations, the easily accessible communal dining rooms, and the spacious outside areas were all created for the comfort & enjoyment of the residents. I can't wait to see the pleasure White Springs brings to those they serve. Cindy & Jamie are committed to Fauquier County and what it stands for.
