From the moment I arrived until I was discharged, I was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Undergoing a medical procedure can be stressful, but Dr. Al Yassin and his entire team made me feel comfortable, safe, and well informed every step of the way. Dr. Al Yassin is an outstanding physician. He took the time to explain the procedure, answered my questions thoroughly, and inspired complete confidence through his expertise and calm, reassuring manner. I felt I was receiving exceptional care. I also want to recognize the amazing outpatient team who cared for me: Heather, Alicia, Jess, Lou, Holly, and Agsa. Elaine from ER helped me today at the front desk. She was phenomenal. She deserves a raise to be quite frank. So very helpful, kind, and did me the favor of printing out a copy of my insurance card when I lost it. That is true customer service. Very pleasant experience for my MRI. Love this hospital.

Thank you to the medical professionals working to preform my Dad’s heart catheterization on Friday - 6/19/26. The team was very kind and used extreme patience to explain, prep, and execute the plan. The names that stood out were Keeley (RN) and Dr. Soh (Go ARMY).. Heather, Andrea, and Robert too. Our Family has been in Fauquier County since 1961 and many changes have been observed. I certainly hope Fauquier Health will continue to make important changes that benefit our community well-being and health.

I'm not sure exactly where to start. Let's start with the front desk staff that I get could be volunteers, but there are too many that are 1000% rude. I've called various times and requested information or asked to get transferred to someone and while I'm STLL talking, they end the call or just don't say anything and transfer the call and usually to the INCORRECT area. Lack of customer service does not describe them. Now let's talk about the billing, the outsourced billing, that is used is not only difficult to navigate but 9 times out of 10, they are incorrect. They expect the patient to do the legwork of getting paperwork to them meanwhile, we aren't shown an invoice prior to the bill getting sent out to insurance for payment. If you have the incorrect orders or codes, thats NOT up to the patient to help you figure it out. The legwork needs to happen IN HOUSE. I can continue with the list but these 2 stand out the most.

I don’t typically leave reviews but the team who took me through an investigative procedure of my gut earlier today were definitely the A’ team “ Ali K together with Holly, Heather, Tara and Aqsa on the front line and no doubt others in the background. Incredibly efficient and professional as well as being friendly and reassuring!! (not an easy balance to achieve!) A big shout out also to all the folk on the phones and in person at Fauquier Hospital handling the appointments, rescheduling, administrationeveryone I interacted with was really supportive, polite and understanding. Interventional Radiology 4/29/26 Thanks to Heather, Tara RN, Stephanie RN, Meagan and Dr. Butros for an exceptional experience in the IR department. I was anxious about my procedure but everyone was supportive, pleasant and talked to me with care and humor, explaing everything in detail. The nurses took extra care when placing my IV which I greatly appreciate. During the procedure I only felt the local anesthestic administered. Otherwise, I felt nothing and was surprised when Dr. Butros told me he was done! I left with a couple of toy kitties as momentos which made me laugh . I highly recommend the Interventional Radiology department at Fauquier Hospital.

I can honestly say this local hospital is much improved from the last several years. I believe they are under new management and my recent ER visit was good. Even though it was over the weekend the staff in the ER, the operating room, and overnight stay were very supportive and efficient. A definite improvement!!! The only problem I encountered was with the new IV process for the OR. As an elderly person, with thinner veins in my hand and upper arm, they were unsuccessful after 4 attempts. The nursing staff and hemotologists were very caring, but needed to go to elbow scenario much sooner.

Had a great experience for a recent outpatient procedure here. The check-in process was seamless, and I was taken back right on schedule. The entire surgical team made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Highly recommend for their professionalism and efficiency.

I went for a scheduled colonoscopy at Fauquier Health hospital in Warrenton. I certainly wasn't looking forward to it, I had cancelled the previous 3 ,( or more ) , appointments for various reasons. The prep was as fun as anticipated, but I got through it. Being apprehensive about this procedure, I was nervous and just wanted to get it over with. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the nurse to the anesthesiologist to the assistant to the surgeon. Everyone helped make an unpleasant procedure bearable and I would encourage anyone who has been putting off a colonoscopy to just get it over with. Thanks to Heather , Irene , Agsa , Kimge , and Dr . Al- Yassin !

We delivered our healthy baby boy at Fauquier Hospital mid-March 2026! Both my husband and I were born there ourselves, and we always heard positive birth stories from our parents. Ours was no different! The nursing staff was incredible; kind, responsive, straightforward. The rooms were clean and maintained, and the doctors and midwives all professional and personable. We were given autonomy over our birth plan, no one tried to push us to do anything, and everyone answered our questions and listened to our feelings. Absolutely 10/10 experience, thank you!

My experience with health care within Fauquier Health service systems have all been positive and helpful. I delibertly arrange for all of my health care needs to be addressed within Fauquier county when it is possible. I am a firm believer in supporting local providers, and feel very fortunate Fauguier county has such excellent specialized resources to choose from.

I recently went to the ER with terrible back and chest pain. I had a blood clot from my broken tibia that went into my lungs. The ER Doctor Jenks and my nurse, Tina P were very professional and Informative while caring for me and explaining what was happening. Also, the medical imaging professional, Jess P was so friendly and did a great job explaining to me what to expect during the CT scan of my lungs. She and the other staff were very careful and gentle while positioning me with my broken leg.

This is where you want to have your baby. The traumatic experience was sheltered by the amazing nurses and doctors. We are so thankful to the staff in the labor and delivery unit. They were all amazing, intelligent, highly skilled and all kind people. They monitor the baby and the mom so closely. Our babies will only be born at Fauquier Hospital.

The pre-surgery Samantha took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt prepared and at ease going into the procedure. The surgical team Dr. Magdon and anesthesia team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and compassion. Their calm demeanor and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in excellent hands. The post-surgery team unfortunately I forgot the name of the lady who was there she was amazing and continued that same level of care and dedication. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and recovery, making sure I understood my aftercare instructions and felt supported every step of the way. Finally I want to thank Adam for doing his professional move to help getup to use the bathroom.
