I would like to send a special thank you to Chef Marian at Marian Manor. She prepared and packed several meals for me to serve seniors in the community.

My mother lived here for almost three years. I always knew that she was safe, and that many employees there really cared for her. My mother was at the highest level of care there, and she was kept clean and her room was always clean. My mother really liked it there, she was happy and quite cheerful. We went to many events within Marian Manor, and planned activities.

If you ask any resident they will tell you they are treated with dignity and respect. The food is great and the people are even better!

My dad has been at Marian Manor since 2014, and we absolutely love it! We had a tough experience at another facility, and Im so glad we found MM! The staff has been so wonderful and caring. Brenda, the nurse in the intensive assisted living unit, has been especially wonderful. They are honest, open, and genuinely care about their residents.

My Father has been a resident at Marion Manor for one year. Our experiences have been far above expectations. The staff is kind, courteous and most importantly loving. They truly care about their residents. They call if there has been any type of incident and we talk about how we may prevent it from happening again. They are always open to my opinions and thoughts.I was surprised to see how fast Dad adjusted to his new surroundings and I credit that to the love and care he received from the moment he moved in and trust me...that care still goes on!There are so many activities provided on not only within the facility but trips outside too. Im amazed when I read the Chatterbox and monthly calendar.ts a pleasure to visit and enter the beautiful front porch which is always seasonally decorated with such charm. would highly refer anyone looking for an assistant living facility to please visit Marion Manor to see and feel the kindness, thoughtfulness, caring and love that is provided thereD. I've been living here since November 13. After the initial period of adjustment which comes from ANY now environment, I'm settling in nicely and finding my place here. Marion Manor is a wonderful place to live, with a beautiful environment, good food, and most importantly, a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did I say I love living here? Well, I do! 🙂 <3

Our mother has been a resident at VSL for 11/2 years . The PT and OT are excellent. The food is very good Mom is happy with it The dining room crew is kind, caring and very sociable. The building is clean with no unpleasant odors. Nursing is excellent with a nursing director and her second in command who are seasoned in the needs of an older population. They are very hands on and it's not unusual to find them in PT observing individual patient performance or redressing wounds or visiting rooms to recheck an ailing resident. Even the administrative team is accessible. They are responsive and can often be found socializing with the residents or conducting an activity. VSL has become part of our family and just like a family not everything is perfect but we have no regrets about entrusting the care of our Mother to VSL.

I had a facility visit yesterday for my Gero nursing assignment, and I'd like to say that I had a very positive experience with the residents and staff. I came in unannounced, but the staff was still very welcoming and accommodating. As soon as I came in, two elderly women greeted me right away. The place looks modern and classy. I came around 2pm and they were having happy hour, where everyone was socializing and doing fun activities (dancing, karaoke, etc.) The elderlies were all lovely and charming. They seemed to be treated with respect and everyone seemed to know each other!

I have lived in the area for many years, I have worked in many nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I have never had the experience that I have had at Marion Manor at any other facility. Marion Manor has a strong team of caring people, the facility is a clean the environment is very welcoming. Everyone that I have worked with at Marion Manor is very professional, Marion Manor is a great place to live if you are seeking a Assisted Living Home. I hope that you give it a try. Be blessed!

It's home! My wife and I have many friends here and enjoy all the activities and events the community offers us. It has a beautiful dinning room with great food and excellent staff! Everyone at Grand Villa is great and we are so happy to be here.

This is a beautiful facility that goes above and beyond providing a clean, engaging and welcoming community for seniors. We've visited with school music programs and with community events and they are always great about making us feel welcome.
