My mother has lived in both independent and assisted living housing at the Hermitage for 9 years. I visit her often and always find it a pleasant place— and the meals are delicious. She has never complained, and she often speaks of the care and kindness shown her by the chaplain, activities personnel, and dining room staff. During this pandemic, Im sure the Hermitage is doing everything possible to keep its residents safe.

We moved my parents to the Hermitage last February and have been very pleased with the care and opportunities there. It is much more like living in a home than an institutional facility. The staff have all been fantastic with my parents and we are grateful for how they take care of them.

I have a friend that I helped that lives there and the staff is wonderful the setting is so homelike the food is wonderful have had lunch with her there if I get a chance I want to work there or volunteer

I have no complaints about the experience my parents are having so far at this community. They have made a smooth transition with the help of all of the staff members and residents. I am impressed with the menu they have for all of there meals as well as the different activities they have going on throughout the week to keep them busy.

My family member actually never moved in, how the staff worked with us very very well. I had a very reluctant family member, and the staff was very patient, they were good with letting us leave even though we'd already moved her furniture in...it went well and it was a pretty good experience for what it was.
