I have very high expectations of people. The care, all staff, and atmosphere have far exceeded my expectations. My mom has been there for about two months now. The staff genuinely are so much fun and caring. They take the time to get to know everyone staying there. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is so welcoming. Wren, the facilities director, is awesome, fun, has an a strong faith, and helps make each person feel special, really gets to know them and their life history. You can see he loves what he does. We could not have found a better place for our mom even though it is a very hard decision to make to keep the one you love safe. Thank you!

I’m so happy tonight while writing this review. My 92 year old Dad has been at Heritage Green Hanover AL 10 days. He called me tonight and said “I’m really having a good time here”. He loves the food. Enjoys the staff. Especially the ladies that take the trash out of his studio and the dining staff that know him by name and the therepist which are so nice and patient and encouraging with him, and Christian with activities and transport who buckled Dad and wheelchair in so safely to go to his nearby appointment where I met them. Some staff stop in just to check on him and talk and say he’s easy to get along with. He knows how hard they work all day and thank them always. Get on the list for a studio or larger room if you need to move your loved one to AL. The marketing staff, Holly and Sarah are both terrific and knowledgeable. They know me by name when I visit and great with answers to questions or point me to correct person for answers per department. Getting better and better as days go on. Start talking to your loved one TWO years before YOU think they need it as I did with my father. So many miss out on enjoying the last good years of their life by being isolated in a house all alone most of the days. Don’t wait until they need Memory Care, as they may just be happy in Assisted Living. I’m thankful I found Heritage Green.

I had breakfast with my mom today at Heritage Green... the food was every bit as good as the Dennys Grand-Slam at least I think so. People are so caring. My dad just passed away, and people are super supportive of my mom as she gets used to letting go. I appreciate their TLC!

The staff is amazing! They take the time with each patient. Would definitely put my love one in this assistant living. The management team is super nice and very pleasant each time I have to call!! 5 stars all day long!

Such a beautiful and welcoming facility! The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond to meet your needs! There is always fun activities going on or something yummy baking in the oven. All around just a great place!

I am currently employed with Heritage Green Assisted Living and I enjoy working there! The staff care about the residents and are always holding events for the residents and family to enjoy at no cost! They renovated in 2017 & now have a Bistro with Starbucks coffee & treats for the residents and family to enjoy!

Overall we are very pleased with the care my mom receives at Heritage Green. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is very good. There are a lot of activities for residents and guests to enjoy and we love the family nights! The staff is super nice and helpful and most of the nurses are very caring and treat the residents with compassion.

It was time for my parents to have more support and thus the search began for a good fit for an assisted living community. While I doubt that the transition from home to AL is ever easy, the staff at HG worked so hard to help my parents feel welcome and at home very quickly. My father in particular was reticent about moving, but within a month he was singing the praises of the place. He gets therapy nearly every day so his range of motion has improved, he is walking better and he is happy. My sister and I are kept in the loop with challenges that mom and daddy may be experiencing and we just feel like our beloved parents are in very good hands. If they could make the voice mail system easier to navigate that'd be great, but if that is my biggest complaint, they are doing great!

I can only say great things about Heritage Green Assisted Living. Dad was on there for memory care while mom was only needing assisted living. They took great care of both of my parents who were there for an extended time. My three siblings and I were extremely pleased!

My sister Ada Ragland passed away a year ago in December,so sadly she did not get to enjoy Hanover Green but for a short two weeks.During her stay all the staff was so kind and sweet to her.She did get to enjoy some of their Christmas festivities and we did too with her!! She especially loved the little children singing and talking to her!! Sorry I am just getting around to this, but I did want to write and say thank you for your kindness to my sister and family.God Bless .
