Very clean and the staff seems to change a lot but everyone seems nice. My sister has been in different facilities over the last 8 years and this by FAR is my favorite.

When you have brought hospice in to care for a patient, is it mandatory to keep their loved ones from seeing them completely? Just curious if the goal is to keep the dying patient from possibly catching covid or to keep the family from catching covid? From my understanding, the family is allowed to see their loved one when it's right at the end and the patient has lost almost all function. So it seems that the goal is to continue isolating the patient/loved one so that they dont catch covid in their final days. It just seems really sadistic and I would love for someone to clear this issue up for me a bit.

I have visited the facility and found the staff to be very nice and the residents well looked after. I feel good enough to suggest Brighter Living to a close friend as he is making decisions for his mother, who need 24 hour care. They will work with your income level and do the best they can to make what is one of most difficult decisions of your life a bit easier. [DISCLAIMER: I work for the management company but have not been asked to write this review. I did this because I believe this to be a top notch facility.]

Throughout my healthcare career I have always wanted to work at Brighter Living and now I do. All healthcare facilities have their ups and downs but Brighter Living is on its way up and we are going to continue to strive for the best for our residents, families as well as our staff. We are becoming Brighter every day.

My mom lived at Brighter Living 3 1/2 years. She passed this past Thursday. So very thankful Karen was there to help us through this time. Loved the ladies who took such good care of my mom during her last days. ROMA, JO,KIM JANET, And their subs. My mom loved living there, it was her home. Yes, we had our issues but they were addressed in a timely manor.

MY MOM ALMA BARKMAN IS A NEW RESIDENT THERE.SHE LOVES HER ROOM.ALSO THE FOOD SHE SAYS IS DELICIOUS.SHE HAS MET SOME NICE PEOPLE THERE. AM GLAD SHE ENJOYS THE ACTIVIES ALSO. SHE LOVES GETTINNGHER HAIR AND NAILS DONE MAKES HER FEEL BETTER.SHE HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE.SHE LIKES THE CARE THE STAFF GIVES.

I have a great aunt that lives there, and she loves it there. She gets great care. And the the director there Misti Is always doing things with her residents... You don't see that at any other center!!! Keep up the great work...
