If you’re making the very difficult decision about seeking memory care for your loved one, consider Great Falls. If your most sought feature is that it look like an elite hotel, look elsewhere. But if you are seeking a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with caring staff, good communication to families and physical and emotional comfort for your loved one, this may be the place. My husband is not the easiest to care for and can he difficult to please. No problem. They learned to approach him at his own pace and comfort level. He entered after a hospital and nursing home stay, unable to walk. They arranged some PT, encouraged him during the day, and after a few short weeks, he was happily walking around on his own. There are 4 small census wings, each with living room, dining room and private bedrooms so the new environment is not over-whelming. But also common outdoor areas, and group and activity areas. Your loved one is encouraged to participate, but if they choose to nap in a chair, explore outside (all secured) or walk around, that’s fine too. After 30 days, my expectations are exceeded, I’ve seen my husband smile for the first time in many months, and I can actually sleep at night.

Awesome memory care and assisted living facility. Fully capable and compassionate medical team, caregivers, and staff. Well planned, engaging, fun, and stimulating daily activities. Great interior design and attention to detail. Relaxing outdoor patio. Staff genuinely care about their residents.
