We received an outstanding tour of the entire facility by Joyce. She answered all our questions, listened to what we had in mind and were looking for, and did everything she could to convey the home-like atmosphere of the staff, events, facilities, and other residents. Arbor Terrace is now at the top of our list, and the company has much to thank Joyce for in this regard! Excellent in all respects!

My husband and I were very impressed during a recent exploratory visit with the friendliness of everyone we met...staff and residents. The apartments are large and the location is very convenient to Sterling, Reston, Ashburn, etc.. We are seriously considering Arbor Terrace as our next home.

We were recommended to Arbor Terrace by our locator. It turned out to be the perfect fit. The staff has been great to work with. The building is clean and well maintained. Mom's pretty happy with the food, too! The family is also very happy to have additional services like PT under one roof. Every resident we've spoken with has been very happy and many have been there for several years. A pet friendly building is an added bonus.

I am touring my mother in law around to various retirement communities. The team at Arbor Terrace in Herndon is so warm and friendly. The aesthetics of the common areas and apartments are great! We were invited to have dinner here and the food was so good. I have no doubt that my mother in law would be happy and well taken care of! Kudos to Pauline, Nicole, Jasmine and the rest of the team at AT!

The Arbor Culture is amazing! You can feel it as you walk into Arbor Terrace of Herndon. I know, I do.Julie, Stefanie, Michele and Adriana are so kind and responsive to their residents and care partners. Not to mention, it was recently renovated. We value our care partnership with Arbor Terrace of Herndon and are glad to be apart of the Arbor family!
