I have been on the waiting list since 2012, and the ladies in the office, customer service has been AWESOME!!!! so here it is 2016 and I am still waiting but hopefully it will be worth the wait.

I love my apartment its huge very spacious in need of some slight renovations but definitely worth the 5 year wait

I have not moved in there yet, but I put in application in 2012 and they is just working on that year. I do know and can speak on every time I called the office (since 201) Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional, knowledgeable, kind and polite. So if living there is anything like the customer service I have received from the office staff, then I KNOW my living experience there will be wonderful, giving 5 stars on customer service alone.
