This place is very nice and new. I visited several times and the patients are always clean and happy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Assisted Living Facility to anyone.

I have been touring Assisted Living Facilities for a week to find a home for my brother who is moving up here from Florida. I will say this is the best one I have been to. The staff was very attentive with the residents and seemed very involved with their everyday interactions and care. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The facility was very clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I remember this facility before it was taken over by the current owner. He invested a lot of money into his vision of quality housing for both private pay and for those on a fixed income. He hired those that were willing and able to contribute. The administrator is top notch. She is experienced and empathetic. Her staff responds well to challenges and they make sure everyone is well cared for. Golden Years is neat, clean, looks and smells good, has many activities in house and available programs for those that desire to get out. I believe Golden Years is the best Assisted Living Facility in Hampton.

Wonderful Facility! The staff is very friendly and communicate so well with the residents. Everywhere you look there are smiling faces and plenty of fun activities everywhere you look. The 24, 7 nurses station makes for a very safe environment at all times and the activities gym and TV rooms makes for a great social environment for the residents.

Very polite staff. The space was clean and free from clutter. Residents did not have to worry about tripping or falling in the halls because things were in order.

The room size is good. My mom is almost 8 months now in Golden Years and so far so good. They are clean and have nice decorations. I absolutely recommend it.

My Mom and Aunt are so happy here I love it . . My mom almost one year now and is very happy over the other 4 facilities we tried before, then my aunt 7 months ago. I visit them 2 times a week. I like their food, activities and cleanliness. If you see any bad reviews, I would say go and just have a tour yourself. I strongly recommend this cosy Facility.

I love this facility, the staff are so nice and helpful, food is good and yhe clean smell as soon as you enter the door unlike other facilities where you smell urine all over. I recommend it as a best facility in the area.

Golden Years is unlike other ALFs, as everyone that comes through their doors is welcome and treated like a family member. My mother has been living there for the past year, and since day one, I have felt comfortable knowing that she will be well taken care of. The staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate with what they do, providing quality care. The food is great unlike previous facility where they served mashed potato and corn everyday! The rooms are big and clean, and the most important part that they have their own doctor so my mom doesnt have to travel anywhere. highly recommend them and believe your experience will be positive, too.
