I visited Commonwealth for a tour of the facility. I was greeted by friendly staff. Taylor took all the time I needed to ask questions and was very compassionate to my situation. The facility was very clean and comfortable and the private rooms are spacious.

My mother in law is here and she is cared for. No complaints there. I will complain about the shower across from her room not having any hot water. We tried to shower there this morn but ended up walking down to the other shower. Also, her room is cold. But over all, we are happy that she is here, she is loved and unable to get hurt as she would in her home alone. We appreciate the care she gets here.

I have been very impressed with my entire experience. I was feeling hopeless during a difficult time trying to find placement for my Dad and the staff at Commonwealth swooped in and saved the day. Heather and Eric are so kind and caring and they are on top of the details. When I went in for my initial tour, someone had already gone out to do my dads assessment and they were very well aquainted with his situation. Things just went up from there.

I had a tour with Heather yesterday. She was friendly and informative. The facility was very nice, with a home-like feel, and the residents in memory care were busy with activities. The rooms are a generous size, even the semi-private rooms. This feels like a good place for a loved one.

My 98 year old Mom has been at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton for going on two years now. My siblings and I are so glad that she has been able to continue to live so well at this stage of her life. I was concerned... I knew nothing about elder care or senior living but the people at Commonwealth, especially Chad Williams, gave me the information I needed to be able to feel good about choosing a home for my Mom. She is comfortable there and is surrounded by her things. The staff is attentive and caring, the food is great, the facility and decor is terrific, and if there is a problem I can always contact Chad. If it sounds like I am a big fan of Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton, thats just perfect because thats the concept I am trying to convey! I highly recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton to anyone looking for the best choice for their loved one. Here is a pic of my Mom in her room, and at Halloween Family Night.

My mom lived in Sweet Memories at CSL-Hampton while she struggled with dementia. We are so glad that she was there! We had previously tried other nursing homes, and found them lacking. But CSL-Hampton was warm, knowledgeable, welcoming, and loving. We always knew that mom was safe and well cared for. The staff all worked extraordinarily hard to accommodate my moms needs throughout her time there. The atmosphere in CSL-Hamptons all-women memory care unit is wonderful. The employees there truly strive to live up to the credo: We Listen. We Love. We Care. We Serve. We appreciate them so much!

First time having a loved one in an assisting facility and we couldn't be happier with our choice. My mom has been here a year and she has adjusted very well and really loves her new home. I do have to mention that with Chad at the helm it can only go up from here. I have enjoyed Chad over the past year so much and it makes me feel good when leadership promotes within for someone so good. Although Chad maintains his positive energy and compassion towards the residents, I have already seen the culture moving in a positive direction. The staff today in fact was actually humming while working. That's always a good sign ??. Chad knows the dynamics of the facility and I feel we all will be better for it.Great move and congratulations to Chad!

Commonwealth at Hampton has such a warm and welcoming feeling as you enter. Friendly staff to guests and the residents alike. I love that they are able to allow a loved one to age in place. The nursing and programing on the gender specific memory care, goes above and beyond and provides true value to the residents lives daily. I would not think twice of having my loved live .

The compassion, support, and dedication of the staff in this community is not just evident through their interactions with the residents but also their interactions with eachother which fosters a sense of “family” throughout the community as a whole, starting from the moment you take a seat in the lobby and realize you will not just be acknowledged by every staff member who walks by, but provided hospitality and homelike services such as snacks and beverages one would expect from a five star hotel and not a Senior Living Community.

Commonwealth Senior Living is basically at the same level other communities. The staff members were very friendly. The amenities and activities were adequate. They were doing a cooking activity where they had the residents making muffins.

I liked the idea that they separated the men and the women in the memory care at Commonwealth Assisted Living at Hampton. The staff seemed really engaged with the residents. It wasn't a matter of just dropping the food in front of them and leaving them. They are talking to the residents and joining the residents' conversations. Another thing I liked was the whole staff just seems very friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they cared about the residents. It was a family feel. The facilities, particularly back in the residential area, were a little rundown. The rooms themselves were not bad.

My father is in Commonwealth Assisted Living at Hampton. I like its closeness to us. It's a little bit more expensive than other places, but it serves all purposes. They have crafts, they go to different churches, they have bands that come in, they've got a pool hall there, and other things for them to do. The staff was very accommodating.

We visited Commonwealth Assisted Living at Hampton. It was near the mall. The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff impressed me. The rooms we were shown were furnished, though we didn’t quite get into whether or not they could bring their own furniture. They have a chart for some things they can be involved in every day, like crafts, singing and appropriate exercise (chair aerobics). A resident was playing the piano when we came in, which was impressive. We saw the dining area, but we didn’t try the food. The facility just seemed a little older and not too modern.

I thought Commonwealth Assisted Living was pretty good, but they decided to put my mother in a nursing home. The staff was pretty good. It’s an older facility, but they are up to date on everything. The location is near my home.

I took my mother to Commonwealth Assisted Living. The first time we went there, it was very clean, and everybody I met in there was very nice. The lady that’s in charge of admission was very nice and helpful. My mother has no complaints about anything. The surroundings were very clean, and everybody there so far has been very nice.

The person evaluating my mom and the person selling both came out to our house. The process was more in unison that any of the other facility's process. It all seemed like it was gonna work out, but she never made it there. The day my mom was supposed to move in to assisted living, she had an aneurism to the brain. They had more levels of care. They were willing to try her out in the assisted living section. If that didn't work, then she would've been placed in a memory care unit. They were more flexible and the staff was very flexible as well. Their assisted living and the memory unit were on one level right next door to each other. They were true to their word. Since my mom never made it there, we got our money back quickly. They're very knowledgeable people who made the effort to take care of my mom. They were aggressive about making sure we had whatever we needed. They help us overcome our objections, questions and obstacles. It seemed like it was the right fit. The rooms were big and nice. It just felt right.
