My mom moved in a few weeks ago and I'm happy to say so far this place has been great. The staff is so caring, happy and friendly. We have had a number of visitors come see my mom since she is just getting settled, and everyone is impressed with the staff. Food is quite good overall and my mom loves the way the staff already know her preferences. As soon as you walk in, there is a cozy feel to the place as it is not a big place where someone would get lost. We love how she is well taken care of and the nurse practitioner visits her here every week. She has PT sessions here too and her health has improved a lot since she moved here as she was recovering from a health setback. She even gets her hair done on site regularly. I like how the staff asks about her interests and they will sometimes remind her of activities she might be interested in. I had no idea my mom would be willing to attend and enjoy dog therapy! My mom speaks Chinese with limited English so the only thing that would make it better is if more Chinese speakers moved in. If you are considering assisted living, definitely come to visit BrightView Great Falls.

I visited this community for my parents and it was beautiful and professional. Everyone I met was kind, accommodating, and extremely professional. The apartments I viewed were beautifully staged and more square footage than I had originally anticipated. Not only was the staff wonderful and helpful the location was perfect for my parents to settle down in with plenty of activities and as an added bonus, delicious coffee available for everyone.

My aunt resides here, I can tell she is always happy . I love getting phone calls from her because she never complains about this place . The staff are always kind and caring when working with her. She always looks clean and presentable . Anytime there's any concern the staff are quick and present . My aunt is always saying a Helen , Alex and Wendy are her favorite and take good care of her. She says the food is amazing at this place. Anytime you call someone always answer the phone , which is great because most places won't answer or give you the run around. Highly recommend this place for your loved ones. You will not be disappointed.

My father has never been happier! This Thanksgiving evening, despite returning late, I was able to use Dad's summon assistance button and a perfectly charming staff person was able to meet us at his room and immediately make him feel welcomed home. A great for overall.

A beautiful Assisted Living facility with professional and personable Staff. Everyone seems pleasant and enjoying themselves. The Residents, including the Memory Care Residents, were pleasant, relaxed and friendly. I enjoyed visiting and will hopefully re-visit again. A most enjoyable experience.

Brightview in Great Falls has been a wonderfu experience for my parents and me. My parents have been there for over a year now, and I have only the best impressions of the staff and the facility. As I live close by, I visit my parents often, and see how well they are doing. From the caring and warm employees, to the wonderful facility and the engaging events, there are only positive things I can say. The staff has gone above and beyound to care for my parents. For example, just recently the director drove my father to the hospital to visit my mother, when he could not get a taxi late in the evening! They keep in touch, they care for the residents and they work hard to provide a warm, friendly and safe community. Thank you Brightview for all that you do!

Brightview Great Falls has been home to our mother for seven months now and we're so grateful for the loving community and dedicated staff. As for every family, it was a difficult decision to move our mom to a memory care community; however, from day one we realized it was the right move and that she's cared for with the dignity and respect that she deserves. The staff is so caring and wonderful with the residents. Many have worked there for a long time and have been very dedicated throughout the pandemic. It's a safe and fun environment for my mother with dementia. The care plan really addresses her needs. The facilities are lovely and well maintained.

Several years ago, circumstances occurred wherein we needed to locate an assisted living facility for our mom, and in our search of many different places over the course of almost a year, the one that we kept coming back to was Brightview Great Falls. Its elegance drew us; however, it was the sense of comfort (like home), coziness, the friendly and cheerfulness of the staff that sold us. The directors and staff are exceptionally professional, their care of the residents is very compassionate and sincere, and we feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful home for our mom.

Brightview has an amazing staff and amenities that are 1st class. My mom loves going on all of the trips to the different parks and restaurants in the area. The daily programs and activities are great and my mom looks forward to them, especially Bingo. The food is absolutely amazing.

Brightview Great Falls Continues to Shine. A friend started here as a Respite Resident, recovering from a hip replacement. It was a trial run ahead of selecting a longer term Assisted Living Community. Beginning on Day 1, the entire staff made him feel welcome, cared for, and attended to. The transition from Respite Care to Assisted Living was seamless. Everyone has answers when you need information. When unexpected and planned events adjudicate Brightview keeps an open line of communication with the in house residential community as well as the extended families. Thoughtful, friendly and patient caregivers on the front end of patient care, right up to the top level of Management. Highly recommended.

My mother with Alzheimers moved there when it opened in 2014. The first year was good but as the place filled up with patients there was some staff turnover. I saw her 6 weeks before she passed away in 2016. She would spend all day in a cheap, Brightview supplied wheelchair which was 6" too wide which meant she could only use one armrest at a time. The headrest was missing and since she was on morphine, she slept a lot in that wheelchair so she had to slide forward to support her upper back which would be uncomfortable for anyone. But she had 18" steel rods in her back from an operation for scoliosis so it must have been hell for her. I drove to the warehouse of the wheelchair supplier and got a better sized wheelchair (same brand) that came with a headrest. I don't understand why Brightview couldn't have taken care of this obvious shortfall. I wish she would have gone to the Brightview place in Annapolis which had an outdoor area with a patio and ceiling fans directly connected to the living area WITH NO STEPS so she could have enjoyed being outside. The Annapolis staff has been there for many years with little turnover.
