I had the opportunity to visit and train at the Wellington at Lake Manassas. The community is so beautiful and the amenities are amazing!!! The staff and residents are so warm and welcoming. The delicious lunch the Chef prepared for me and chatting with the residents during Happy Hour was an added treat! This is truly Senior Living at its finest!!!

The Wellington at Lake Manassas is the best facility I have visited in my travels in Virginia. Upon arriving to this facility you are greeted with a property that is vast and beautiful at first glance. The property screams of nature and a building that is so modern and beautifully architected. I think I preferred to wait outside to view this building more than anything. However, the night staff is so professional and accomodating that I am sure the residents are treated well too. The inside is beautifully kept and maintained with resident amenities that wood make other facilities falk short of being perfect. The carpeting and rest areas are so clean and welcoming, one wood think they were at a five-star hotel. The lake by the facility is a great feature for the residents because its not inhabited like a park, in fact, most people are not aware of the lake. If this is what a retirement facility is suppose to be like, The Wellington at Lake Manassas obnoxious it out the park.

The Wellington has amazing private apartments for assisted living, independent living and the memory care unit. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that all residents have access to challenging university level classes, inspiring activities, a professional hair salon and cuisine prepared by a professional chef. I recently had an opportunity to tour The Wellington at Lake Manassas with the Executive Director, Wilson Cooper. It is a very nice community and well located. I was really impressed with the interior decor and the layout of the community. Even though the community is grand, it is at a human scale that gives it a home-like feeling. The staff is very welcoming and it is apparent how much they care about the well being and comfort of each and every resident. I was able to enjoy a few different meals during my visit and can say that the quality and taste of their food is excellent. Not only does the food taste great, but I was impressed by the plating and overall presentation. I would highly recommend The Wellington to anyone who is looking into senior living options.

Having grown up in Prince William County, this has been a bit of a coming home party for me. I joined the team at The Wellington last week as the new Executive Director. My re-acclimation to Prince William County has been nothing short of incredible. The Wellington is exactly as advertised. The community and staff have shown themselves to be exceptional and the residents and families have been gracious as I am adjusting to my new role. My wife and I drove up to see the building several weeks ago and as we approached the community my wife simply said, WOW. She was instantly impressed by the aesthetics, the grounds and everything we saw. I can assure you that upon coming into the building, she would have said WOW again. Everything inside is as beautiful as the outside. The staff is clearly well trained and takes pride in being both professional and nurturing to the residents.
